Midnight Dancers Ch. 03

"Actually, Red, she doesn't thrash, she makes strange noises like you'd hear at the zoo." Darin interrupted our laughter to add to my mortification.

"OH MY GOD! Are you all mean today?" I cried and pretended to cover my face, acting embarrassed.

"Well you do." Darin whispered in my ear as he filled my plate with the steaming hot breakfast.

"Shutup." I whispered back and sighed happily.

Everyone ate in silence after that, until Carol stood and announced it was time for the car pool to work. Amanda and Tanya both stood up too.

"Guess that leaves Jill to do the dishes by herself. Whoever cooks, the other cleans." Carol reminded me.

"Oh that's it! I'm leaving!" I stood up, purposely knocking my chair down and threw my arms up in exasperation.

"Fine, I'll go with you. I hate dishes!" Darin jumped to his feet to join me.

The others all laughed as Darin and I made our getaway back up to my bedroom.

Okay, so, Darin is Donnie, can you tell? I loved him so bad. Danny is Danny and Joe was Joe. Tanya liked Jordan but she didn't lust after him like the rest of us, so I gave her the bodyguard instead! My sister liked Jon, but I didn't want to live with her, so Jon was out too. LOL
