Muskoka Ch.05

THIS is the second last chapter. As the original last chapter ran over 9 pages, I felt they needed to be split into two separate chapters so they would be readable in one sitting. Final chapter will be up very shortly.

------------------------------------------------

The two of us walked into the kitchen with smiles stuck on our faces, hiding them poorly under the scrutiny of our mothers. "What are you two hiding?" Deb asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Nothing," Cassie quickly replied. "I just love tacos."

"So does everyone else." I commented as I grabbed a knife and started thinly dicing a red pepper. "You wanna start on the tomatoes?"

She groaned in discontent. "I hate tomatoes."

"Me too, but some people love them, so be a trooper and start slicing."

Deb chortled at our back and forth, poking my mom to bring our rapport to her attention as well. "Oh believe me, I've heard them argue. They're like an old married couple."

"Give us some credit, we're more like a young married couple. I've still got my luscious locks." Cassie flipped her hair like a runway model.

Smells of spiced Mexican food filled the kitchen, drawing Kyle in from outside. "Somebody cooking?" His nose led him up to the counter where he pulled up a chair and started picking at pieces of tomato.

Cassie slapped his hand away with the broad side of her knife and he jerked away from her. "Don't eat my tomatoes."

"I told you some people like them." I winked at her and she rolled her eyes in annoyance.

"It's like you think you're funny or something." She said as I threw a strip of orange pepper at her, landing it squarely on her cheek.

We soon finished making dinner and called in the rest of the family. "Soup's on!" My Mom shouted from the patio door. Everyone rushed from their respective places on the beach or around the small flames that had started burning in the fire pit.

"I don't want soup, I want tacos!" Jensen said as he walked, arms crossed, into the kitchen and to his seat at the dinner table.

"It's just a saying, we are having tacos, silly boy." His mother kissed him on the head and placed a plate in front of him and Sophie.

The meal went smoothly, music playing on the speakers set up along the walls of the living room next to us. "Ken," My Mom said. "Shut that music off, we're having dinner."

My Dad shrugged and reached for the remote sitting next to him, flicking off the blasting stereo and ending the reign of "Free Falling" over our ears. "You just don't respect Tommy P."

"Don't call him that, it's weird. You two aren't friends, are you?" My mom bit into an overload taco and the sour cream and salsa mixture spilt onto her plate.

"We could be friends, I'm sure he would find me rather entertaining."

"Mom just doesn't like classic rock." Adam jumped in, speaking for the first time in hours. Well, the first time I had heard him, anyway.

"What DO you like, Teresa?" Kyle asked, following her lead by dropping half his taco's content onto his plate, picking them up with his bare hands and dragging a disgusted moan from his mom.

"Kyle! Use a fork!" She slapped him on the arm and he laughed.

"Sorry, Mom."

"Well, Kyle, to answer your question, I like modern music much more." Cue the snickering from my Dad and Cam.

"Oh yeah? Like Beyoncé?" Cameron snickered.

This teasy argument went on for longer than I would like to admit, with the dads standing firmly behind their love of classic rock and the moms stepping up to the aid of anybody releasing music after 2005. Cassie and I didn't say a word, knowing damn well what would happen when we took a side. But as luck would have it, we were soon shoved against our will into the fray.

"What music do you guys like?" I hadn't even heard who asked, but I looked up to see four faces staring back at me, asking for an answer. We all know whoever was the first to talk would have their opinion criticized; nobody liked our music.

"I like dubstep." Adam interjected, barely paying attention to the conversation. Cassie, Kyle, and I stared at him and shook our heads, giving him the send-off he deserved for being a hero and taking the bait. He saw us and didn't like our looks. "Wait, was this one of those fights?" We nodded and he sighed heavily. "Great."

Anybody over the age of 40 erupted into a skewed rant about how "dubstep is the music of deaf people" and how it's "illiterate garbage". I almost felt bad for Adam...almost.

The only benefit of these one sided arguments is that it brings our parents together so they could decide on a song that everybody would like. "Oh, I've got one!" Cam leapt from his chair and rushed to the iPod that was docked by the stereo.

We heard the familiar bass and trumpet intro to a song we knew all too well. Turning our attention to Cam, my Dad joined him as soon as the first verse started. "Where it began, I can't begin to know when. But then I know it's growing strong."

My Mom and Deb stood up and chimed in at the next line with; "Oh, wasn't the spring. Whooo

and spring became the summer."

Cassie stood up as well, and took the next line by herself. "Who'd believe you'd come along." The adults roared in approval, making the room explode when the chorus kicked in, sending the whole group to our feet and tearing the song apart with our own sloppy rendition of 'Sweet Caroline."

I stepped up on the couch and grabbed Cassie by the hand, pulling her up with me. Sophie joined us and bounced gleefully on the leather seats, accompanied shortly after by her younger brother. They didn't know the song that well, but they still danced along. That's the beauty of Neil Diamond.

I spun Cassie around in my arms and watched as my parents did the same with each other, laughing like maniacs. She twirled on the couch and I pulled her close to me to dip her down as low as I could, getting cheers from the children that had taken up the couch alongside us. They bounced up and down off beat to the music, not caring about the pillows spilling off the couch as they kicked around gleefully.

"Hands, touching hands, reaching out. Touching me, touching you." I wasn't just singing the song, I was singing it to my ginger princess. Somehow, I think she knew that.

"Oh, sweet Caroline! BUM BUM BUM!" The living room was on fire with raw energy, laughter mixing in with whatever words we could take a breath long enough to spit out. "Good times never seemed so good!"

We jumped down from the couch and danced until our feet hurt, shaking our bodies in an off-beat pattern that we were too busy to try and match. "I've been inclined," BUM BUM BUM! "To believe it never would!" Kyle was dancing with Sophie now, bent over to accommodate for his height over her, but he didn't care. Adam and Jensen were busy trying to see who could do a better air guitar, which was especially funny because of how poorly an air guitar fit the song.

She must not have thought I saw it, but Deb smiled and nodded at Cassie as we spun together, tangling our arms and swaying across the floor.

Her legs were perfectly in sync with mine as we sped up our dancing and flew like birds across the floor, leaving slowly fading footprints on the wooden panels underneath us, creating a mapped pattern that displayed where we'd been.

The song played its way out to our dismayed groans and we all took out seats, some on the couch and some back at the table to finish eating. "Kyle and Sophie," Cam called to him. "Come back over here and eat."

"We're full!" Shouted Sophie.

"It's alright, boss man, we'll eat later if we get hungry." Kyle was playing chopsticks with his sister and letting her win, to make up for beating her so hard in soccer earlier. Either that, or she was really good at the game.

Dinner concluded and the kitchen was a disaster, but Cassie and I were ushered out of the messy catastrophe because; "You two clean all the time, and helped cook the meal. Adam and Kyle can help clean up." This got wails of agony from the two victims mentioned.

We decided to go to my "rec room bedroom" and waste time there. I was wondering what we were gonna do; anal, blowjob, maybe I'd go down on her again. But no, she crushed my hopes by tossing me a video game controller.

"What's this for?" I asked.

"Wow, you really are uneducated, aren't you?" She sat down beside me and kissed me on the cheek while I sneered at her behind her back. "We're gonna play video games, and if you win you can do whatever you want to me."

"Careful, Cas. " I warned her. "You might be eating those words later."

"Or you might be the one eating, when I win." She turned on the system via her controller and the title screen for Mortal Kombat lit up the TV. I decided it would be beneficial to keep to myself the fact that I'd played this game with Kyle last summer, and all that training was about to pay off. I mean, I wasn't really good, but I figured I could beat Cassie.

Mortal Kombat, as I understand it, is a 1-on-1 fighting game where the objective is to demolish your opponent with as many punches, kicks, and fireballs (yes, fireballs) as possible, until you get to perform a fatality so gruesome it puts the Saw movie franchise to shame. The best part was the sheer quantity of damage that your character was able to survive; broken limbs, crushed skulls, stabs to the stomach or neck, even bolts of lightning (yes, bolts of lightning). Quite the game, isn't it?

We picked our characters and the game started off in an arena that resembled a colosseum, with a green titan sitting atop a golden throne watching our two characters staring each other down. Fans of different species and races were egging us on, awaiting the blood bath that was to come. My character was named Sub-Zero, a blue suited ninja-like man whose special ability was shooting ice at his enemies. Cassie, on the other hand, had picked a character named Scorpion. He was dressed almost identically to Sub-Zero, but was yellow instead of blue, had brightly burning red eyes, and two short swords strapped to his back.

Real fair fight, huh?

The match started with a deep voice shouting "FIGHT", and the battle began.

I got lost in the fight, which was comprised of a fury of punches and kicks, throws and head butts. Just outrageous violence. Half way through, when I realized I was on the losing side of the battle, I decided it would be in my best interest to sabotage the competition rather than let her simply beat me into dust.

Raising a hand in front of her, I tried to keep my fighting at a normal level while blocking her view of the screen. The only thing I didn't remember was how competitive Cassie could be, as she elbowed me in the ribs and evoked a heavy exhale as I toppled over.

She stopped the fight to check on me, and I saw my window of opportunity. I unleashed a volley of fists and battered the yellow dressed character until Cassie saw through my ruse. I was suddenly slumped against the futon as she leapt onto my lap and completely obliterated me with her hands and feet, in the game and in real life.

The words "FINISH HIM" blasted over the screen, followed by the familiar deep voice from earlier.

Cassie had on a devilish smile as she pressed a series of buttons that started a cinematic "fatality", wherein her character sliced clear through my character's torso, then severing his head from his neck. My body and head stayed balanced on each other until he delivered a wickedly strong kick to my stomach and send my body toppling into a deceased heap.

My jaw dropped open in utter grief.

"Amateur." She teased with a wink.

I kissed her and pulled her on top of me, pushing our mouths together and biting her lip, pulling it gently before slipping my tongue against hers.

Without even thinking about it, she slid her jeans down and kicked them to the side, pulling her panties aside so she could run a finger through her slit against her aching clit. "We have time." She commanded, not even forming it as a question.

I grabbed her ass and made her jump, surprised as the harshness that I had used to squeeze her soft cheeks. My pants were tightening quickly, more and more with every generous portion of Cassie's butt I took hold of.

She reached under and undid my belt, unzipping my pants and letting my dong flop out, hard as wood and ready to fuck.

Cassie slid down and positioned herself between my legs, placing tiny kisses all over my raging hard on.

She was becoming so used to my body that she didn't even bat an eyelash as she stuck out her tongue and generously applied a heavy dose of saliva onto my shaft.

Her hand slithered up and down the pole she was handling, popping over the head and squeezing on the downstrokes so I would feel how tight her hand could get.

I felt her hot, steamy mouth tighten halfway down my cock and she gagged trying to take it deeper. Then, without any warning, she forced her head down all the way and i felt my dick bang against her throat.

Looking up at me from her messy blowjob, I could see little tears forming in her eyes while i felt her tongue trying to wiggle around with the invader filling her mouth.

My rod popped from her mouth and she hastily gobbled it back up, nursing on the tip and stroking me in time with her head bobbing.

Cassie fully withdrew my cock from her mouth and spat onto it, getting it nice and slippery so we wouldn't have any trouble getting it inside of her.

She clambered on top of me and sat her butt down until I felt the contact with her damp underwear.

Holding her underwear to the side, she lowered herself down onto my pole and I nearly let out a whimper as my boner sunk into heaven. My girth was being pulled deeper and deeper into her frothy pocket, churning the slick mess that was boiling in her ever-lastingly wet vagina.

Just as I was getting used to the warmth that was encasing me, she would raise her hips and swing them around in a circle, letting my spongy head brush against her inner walls with ferocity. Groans were leaking helplessly from my lips as she bit my ear lobe and ground down hard on my throbbing cock.

Everything was going perfectly, until Cassie decided to take advantage of my lowered defences and started tickling me.

I'm very ticklish on my sides, always have been, and she went straight for my ribs. With a jump and a squeal I bucked her off of me, effectively ending our sex session and leaving me with balls so blue it would put a Smurf to shame. "It's never enough for you to just win, is it? You've gotta

humiliate me as well."

"What can I say," She whispered seductively. "It's just far too easy." She laughed and slipper herself back into her shorts, sealing the vault.

I tackled her and covered her in kisses all over her face. "Let's see who'd win a fight in real life, huh tough girl?" She grabbed my wrists and started trying to make me slap myself. Since she was a swimmer I guess she had to do the occasional weight training, so the fight was actually pretty one-sided in her favour.

We were wrestling like a couple of children when Jensen snuck up on us and jumped in, accidentally knocking Cassie in the nose. "Jensen! What the hell?" She screamed, holding her now bloody and dripping nose.

She excused herself and rushed to the bathroom to avoid spilling blood on my futon. I flicked Jensen lightly in the forehead. "What'd you do that for, you silly goose?" If it's not clear, I don't know how to talk to children very well.

"I didn't mean to." He sounded really upset and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I felt bad for the poor kid.

"Don't worry, buddy, she'll be okay. You just scared her."

He nodded and smiled a bit, I guess he felt better. "Do you guys wanna play hide and seek with us? It's dark out so we can hide anywhere!" I happily volunteered Cassie and I to play hide and seek.

"Just let me make sure she's not hurt, okay?" I asked. He flashed me a thumbs up and took off out of the room shouting to his sister.

"He said they would play! Kyle's 'it'!" What a little ball of energy.

The sun had set over the lake and shut the night into darkness, with nothing more than our flashlights to guide us through the thick blackness that was like a fog only our beams of light would cut through.

Kyle had started his countdown, starting at 60 and working his way back as we sped off into the night to find a place to hide. Since the kids are so young, we figured it would be safer for somebody to hide with them, but gave Adam a break from their bickering and everlasting enthusiasm.

Cassie took them and they hide under the trampoline, hidden under the pitch blackness that even the moonlight wouldn't touch.

I went with Adam, who had spent more time outside than I had, and followed him to wherever he convinced me was a good place to hide. We ended up under the patio that overlooked the lake, tiptoeing inside the boat house and taking shelter among the lifejackets and cobwebs that lay there waiting for us.

"Okay, he should be done now." Adam whispered. We were squished against each other between a large canoe and a cement wall, trying in vain to blow away all the bugs that were crawling nearby.

"How do you know?" I didn't want to talk too loud, afraid that my voice would carry and bounce off the stone walls of the boat house.

"I counted to 60 while we hid so he should be looking for us right now." Just as he finished talking, Kyle blazed past us with echoing footsteps. Luckily, he was headed away from our canoe. "What do we get if we win?"

Adam looked me dead in the eyes and with as straight a face as possible whispered; "Glory." Awesome.

We stood silently for about ten minutes, either to keep our position a secret or because we didn't have much to say. From this silence, Adam's voice arose. "So what's going on with you and Cassie, then?"

"What? Nothing, why? Shut up, we're hiding." I'm evidently not great at lying under pressure.

"You guys aren't exactly covert." I couldn't tell if he was looking at me as he said this; it was far too dark. "I think it's cool, by the way. Dad and Cam have no fucking clue, though."

"Language, man." I told you, the kid has a mouth on him.

"Listen," he waved my comment off like one of the many nocturnal creepy crawlies that were itching to make contact with us. "She's a great girl, you're a chill dude. It makes sense. Just don't let mom find you banging."

"Dude, seriously-."

"I am being serious, you shithead." Now I could tell he was staring at me, I felt his eyeballs on me.

I sighed and gave in to his persistence. "Fine." We stood in silence with bitterness in the air.

"Love you." He spat.

"Love you, too." Brotherly love at its finest here, folks.

The wind was howling faster and faster the longer we waited to be discovered, until it became clear that Kyle lacked the mindset to look for us in the most obvious hiding spot on the property.

"I quit, there are way too many spiders back here for this to be worth it." Adam walked from his hiding spot and felt his way through the darkness to find the opening of the boathouse.

"Oh, hey Adam."

"Are you kidding me?" Adam said, recognizing that Kyle had just found him by bumping into him by sheer luck.

I jumped out from behind the canoe and buckled over with loud, booming laughter. "I guess you're it next round, huh buddy?" I slapped him on his back and walked next to Kyle, letting my brother stew in his misery while we searched for the remaining three missing people.

Maybe it was cheating, but I already knew they were under the trampoline, so it took less than a minute of us pretending we didn't know where they were before we found them. Cassie walked by in a huff, whispering something about how I wasn't playing fairly, but her teammates didn't seem to mind. "Adam's it, Adam's it, Adam's it!" They sang happily, grabbing Kyle by the hand and rushing him off to help them uncover another place to take refuge while my brother started his countdown.
