Natalie’s eyes blazed with fury, but Yvette held her tight.
“Yes, sir, we understand. Thank you sir.”
The door closed behind their tormentors. Yvette went quickly and double locked it. She helped Natalie to her feet and they made their way to the bathroom, moving painfully, muscles aching, their bodies protesting at every step.
“Its over, Nat. All over now. They’ll never be able to hurt us again.”
They stood together in each other’s arms under the shower, the water streaming over them.
“Now we can plot a little bit of revenge, my darling.”
Natalie looked into her friend’s sparkling eyes and for the first time in hours smiled.
