She snuggled down and placed her head on his chest, he squeezed her tight as he felt her tears roll from her face, she looked up and smiled as the tears formed in his eyes. It was a moment that neither of them would forget in the long good years ahead.

Good For Them...
Well written. The emotion was palpable, although there could have been more pitter-patting in the heart of the wife. She still seemed genuine, though. Going by what the author said in the preface, he has been working on more substance and emotion for his characters. This story is a great step in the right direction.
