He smiled at her. "I can deal with that."
After their bath and some heavy petting, Liam and Maggie moved to his bedroom for the night. They slept wrapped in each others arms, relishing in the feeling of skin on skin. No worries interrupted their sleep, only the hope and promises both had made to each other for the future. But most importantly, the promise to let go of the past.
