Pin Holes

A few days before Christmas, Megan came to the house with presents for the kids. I was polite and didn't do anything at all to ruin the holiday spirit. She stayed for about two hours and then left as quietly as she came. Nothing was said between us about the divorce or the affair.

I put the house up for sale and two months later we moved in with Janet.

Kirk took a job in Omaha and Megan went with him. Four months later Kirk disappeared and didn't tell her where he was going. Megan moved back in with Nancy after Brad left for a job on the Alaskan Pipeline. Two months later, Nancy received divorce papers in the mail. I am sure that the two sisters are good company for each other.

Janet and I are comfortable with each other. She adores the kids and they feel the same way about her. We are planning on getting married in June and spend ever moment we can practicing for the honeymoon.
