Very nice, I wouldn't say it's a grammatical masterpiece or anything but you write very nice characters. I also liked your first series and it is really nice that you continue exploring this world you have created. The world building in the first series was a little... irregular at times but that was because of the build in 'mystery of the dom'. Now you have gotten past that and have the world in place, you can continue working in it. I hope you will write many more stories like these.
