I pulled Alexis back to my chest and she pushed her face to my neck and cried. She didn't sob and her body didn't wrack in my arms. I kissed her on the forehead and she pursed her lips in a kiss but made no attempt to put her lips on mine.
Neither Olivia nor Sophia had a hint of a pregnant belly, but they both sat there on the sofa with one hand resting there like they were protecting their precious cargo.
Alexis wiped her eyes and cheeks and sat up and forced a little smile as she said, "I'm not angry with you guys. I know how much you've wanted to have a family. Hunter will be an amazing father if that's what you want. He can be an amazing 'uncle' too if you decide to get married at some point. I'm only upset because I have wanted to be pregnant too ever since Dee announced her pregnancy. Everyone tells us to enjoy our youth and circumstances before getting strapped down with children."
Olivia and Sophia stood and we all hugged and kissed with an air of melancholy with respect for Alexis' feelings. I knew they were happy as pigs in mud. I wasn't sure how I felt other than sad for Alexis. Before going to bed that night I noticed her birth control pills in the trash in the kitchen.
Alexis' sadness persisted for a few days. It didn't seem to affect her sexually. We continued to have mad, passionate sex and soft, gentle love making. Twice a day or more, just like before. We didn't go visit anyone. It was just Alexis and me. I woke up one morning and Alexis' side of the bed was empty. She was in the kitchen washing some dirty dishes by hand. She was humming to a song in her head. She greeted me with a hug and a kiss and announced, "I'm not taking the pill anymore. I don't care what everyone says. We can get a nanny if we want." I already knew she had thrown the pills away but I was pleased that she had resolved her feelings. Alexis went into the last week before flying off to Grenada in total bliss. Even if I wasn't sure that ditching the BC pills was a good idea, she certainly was.

I can see some other man getting her pregnant which is going to fuck up the entire series. To be honest, you have just pissed me off about where you let this go. You fucked up a great love story.

Anonymousalmost 6 years agoAlexis makes the decision to throw away her "BC" pills and tells Hunter she doesn't care what anyone says, that includes Hunter. This is not how a good marriage works. Hunter doesn't want her off "BC" at this time and she is going to Grenada for a photo shoot. Knowing how Alexis gets after a couple of drinks and being on her own with a group of beautiful women who will attract men by the score, this seems to lend itself to the end of this story line. Alexis has engaged in sex with other men or groups of men without regard for Hunter before. So Alexis coming back pregnant is not a stretch and no matter how much Alexis thinks Hunter loves her, he can not and will not accept Alexis back into his life after this final show of her disrespect for him. I think Hunter will move on to Olivia or Emma and Alexis will hook up with another women since I think she leans that way 60/40 women to men. This has been a GREAT story, but "The End"
Anonymousalmost 6 years agoI hoped Alexis won't be leaving hunter behind for her Grenada trip. She better not be involved with anyone if she's away by herself on the shoot. I don't want or need drama that could ensue from that.
Clancy31015almost 6 years agoSupposedly pregnancy gets a lot of women horny, what will Alexis, Sophia, and Olivia do to Hunter, give him a heart attack? I want to see what happens, will the four of them, Emma and Jarrod and Dee decide that they want to raise their children together? It would be perfect having them all under one roof, especially if Olivia, Sophia, and Alexis are all going to have his kids. It would be even more perfect if the SH5 decided to expand a little for the upcoming semester, to include a few guests, before they have their bellies and after they deliver, Olivia, Sophia, and Emma traveling as their "coach", "advisor", or "chaperone" would be funny as hell, especially when their all displayed on the Jumbotron at a National Championship or a Innovator's Conference to market a Billion dollar environmental or technology or military prototype or at a Fashion Show, with them in the crowds watching Alexis on Stage?
