An interesting and entertaining tale well written.
Do the Math!
You make the point over and over about Muriel's height and Evie's petiteness. But seven centimeters is less than a three inch difference in height. That part of the story doesn't "add up". If Evie is 5'2" then Muriel is less than 5'5".more...
Nice to see a couple working together
But I feel the dynamic would be more interesting, if Vance and Muriel got together. (sorta like good guy and evil girl) Their relationship wont be as smooth as Muriel/turner. If they are force to work together it might be room for interesting conflict of personalities.more...
Hopefully
None of the characters really seem to be redeemable, but I hope Evie is just playing stupid and is teaching the chief their language or is able to tell the chief about the other couple's plans. So far, I like Evie the best. Since she false in love with powerful men, maybe she will truly fall in love with the chief and he will feel that and love her back. I am a sicker for a happy ending.more...
