Wes spoke with the masses as they echoed "Blessed Be!"
The girls again stepped to the center of the circle where their robes still lie. They raised their heads and arms to the sky. The High Priestess did the same. They chanted together: "Thank you for your presence in our rite this night. Stay if you will, go if you must. Blessed Be!"
The assembled echoed, "Blessed Be!"
They broke from the circle singing the chant:
"May the circle be open, but unbroken. May the peace of the Goddess be ever in your heart. Merry Meet, And Merry Part, and Merry meet again!"
Wes stood and ogled his mother oddly. She said nothing as she gathered her robe and headed toward the doors leading into pillowed room. He watched her retreating figure in awe. How long had she been part of this coven? How long had she kept this a secret from him while attending services at the synagogue?
A hand wrapped comfortingly around his arm. "I didn't catch your name earlier." It was the girl who had brought him the dress he was wearing. "My name's Samantha. What's yours?"
Wes looked at her for a moment before responding. "My name..." He was sure as the words exited his lips, even though it sounded odd in his ears. "...is Lori."

Anonymousover 12 years agoIsis, Astarte, Diana, Hecate, Demeter, Kali, and Inanna are all different goddesses and yet you refered to them all as the same goddess. Inparticular are Diana, Hecate, and Demeter which are three differet goddesses from the same era. Diana is the Roman name for the Greek goddess Artemis which you pointed out. However, Hecate is the Greek goddess of magic and Demeter is the Greek goddess of Agriculture. Isis is an Eygiptian goddess of nature and magic who was worshiped as the perfect mother and wife. Astarte is another name for the Greek goddess Aphrodite. Kali is the Hindu goddess of time also known as Shiva. Inanna is a Sumarian goddess of sex, fertility, and war. All of these are different goddess and not different names for the same goddess.

I am glad to see you feel so strongly about the entry, really, because no Wiccan, Pagan or otherwise is anything (and I do mean ANYTHING) like the people in this story.
As a Pagan myself, I can attest to what a Pagan really is.

We're basically Lesbians who , generally, hate men and always vote Democratic, blessed be.
The character even sears by God not the Goddess.
Why would any male (shemale) vountarily give up his its life because he it got some blue jammies?
The basic plot behind this lacks a lot.
