The green became brown and Dominic had to focus hard to realize the coolness of his back was the ground. They had laid him down just off the path, leaving him there. Would they come back? He couldn't see, he couldn't move very well. His entire body was nothing but pain and fire-
"DOMINIC!"
Dominic's eyes startled open, racing back and forth until the green and brown became gold. He focused on the gold, praying for the pain in his body to stop.
"Just breath. Just take a deep breath and let it out. Let everything out."
Doing as the eyes said, Dominic took in a shaky breath. As his chest expanded, another wave of pain surged forward and everything went black. He wasn't sure if he ever let out that breath.

tiercenptabout 3 years agoahh feel like there are a lot of self conflicted issues they have.
and story seems to be "beat-around-the-bush" kind of style.
It's now chapter 19 everyone of the destined mates had made a connection except Dom...
also there's potential for so much more story if you somehow get to the point in all those little storylines.
