Click here"It's fine," Alex assured him with a soft pat of his hand and a run of her fingers across his wrist causing him to twitch with a shiver of excitement.
"It's unacceptable," Gavin smiled at her. She removed her hand thinking that was what he was speaking of but he took her hand quickly. "No, my temper," he clarified. She smiled and continued to run her fingers over him causing his eyes to flutter closed.
"You are making it so hard to be a good boy," Gavin cautioned her with a smile and a nod to the valet that he could open the doors.
"I like it hard," she whispered boldly in his ear. As the valet opened his door she ran her hand along his cock through his pants. Gavin locked eyes with her and grinned broadly.
"So eager!" he whispered. Alex nodded in response.
This novel is addictive and like an antidote to 50 Shades of Grey (which was written terribly and misconstrued the BDSM lifestyle.) For anyone who read 50 Shades and was left frustrated and cringing, this novel is a breath of fresh air! Thankyou for portraying BDSM for what it should be about: respect, trust, consent, pleasure.
Although the basic elements of possible interactions between Doms and Subs are approached (superficially). The lack of depth in character, psyche and understanding reduce the first parts of this story to another "50 shades" wannabe. A poor role model for a story struggling to find its raison d'etre. Frankly, I can't understand why this story has been rated so highly
Well done. The interactions between the characters, doms and subs, to even perceptions of those that aren't in that type of relationship is amazing. I admit even my idea of BDSM wasn't narrow before reading but has definetly broaden from this experience. The moments of clarity and personal reflection by the characters are not missed.
I love the dynamics and dialogs between the two of them and the compared thinking from a Dom's and sub's point of view. I would have expected a slower pace in Alexandria acceptance of the differences between Gavin and vanilla men though. And I adore the "romantic" description of Gavin's personality so different from the conventional way Doms are usually depicted. So far I am still looking forward to the next chapter.
This has been a very educational chapter for me. Thank you. Am very glad I found this story, and you, as the author. Looking forward to reading the rest of this. It makes me want a 'Gavin' of my own.
