Lilliana walked onto the balcony and looked out over the dark forest. The wind blew through her hair slowly drying it, she then heard Sam walk up beside her and hand her a beer. "You have a beautiful wolf you know." Lilliana said.

"And to think yours will be even more beautiful. I wonder if her hair will be red like yours. My wolf really wants to meet her; I think they will make a great pair." Sam said.

"My hairs not supposed to be this color, I was a brunette before and then I had to change my appearance. But it's been so long and it doesn't seem to be fading, maybe my witch decided it wanted it to be this color." Lilliana said.

"A brunette huh, I don't really care what color your hair is as long as your mine you could be bald if you wanted to. Not that I want you to be bald but I would love you no matter what you looked like." Sam said.

"Well that's good to know, but that won't be happening." She paused, "If you cut a witches hair they lose their memory and their powers." Lilliana said looking at the stars.

"Wow, well I guess no haircuts for you then. But Lilliana you need to be careful of who hears you say things like that. There are some new people in the Den that I do not know yet and don't know where there allegiances lie." Sam said in a low voice.

"I didn't think about that, did you see any come in with the cleaning crew?" Lilliana asked.

"Yeah a few, but I don't think we have anything to worry about for now anyway." Sam said taking a swig from his beer.

Lilliana chugged half of her beer and said, "Hey at least I know I will sleep better with you by my side. Between the two of us, I don't know why anyone would want to mess with us." Lilliana said with a chuckle and took another swig from her beer.

Sam moved to stand next to her and pulled her to face him. He leaned down and kissed her lovingly then he said, "Lilliana I don't know what I would do if anything ever happened to you. I need to know that you will be careful and stand by me, when the time comes." He brushed some hair out of her face and then rubbed her jaw line with his thumb.

"You mean you don't want me running off and getting hurt. Yeah I understand, but you must understand that sometimes that is the only choice and I will be careful." Lilliana said placing her hand on his chest.

Sam's eyes went dark for a moment and then he realized that Lilliana was looking at him knowingly. Was she hiding something? Then he said, "If there is something you're not telling me because you think I will get hurt. Please Lilliana don't lie to me it's my job to protect you."

Lilliana pulled away from him as a tear fell down her face, she looked away and said, "Don't you get it, if you are there..." She said angrily. She then carried a tone of sadness as she said, "If you are there then you and Aiden will die and I will have to live will that forever. If I go alone then only I will be hurt, you and Aiden will be safe and I will live." Lilliana was trying to make him understand, but his eyes were filled with anger.

"If you would only let me try, you're not even giving me a choice. I can't just sit back and watch and wait for you to be crucified." Sam said angrily and gripped at the balcony railing.

Lilliana growled and almost yelled at him, "You would rather I watch the only man I have ever loved get his throat ripped out by Farid. And watch my son die by a man that I don't even know, I would rather get my lashes or die if I have too then lose the two of you when I could have avoided it." Tears fell as she remembered her dream.

"I don't want you to have to suffer when we don't even really know what will happen. You said in the dreams you didn't really know what was going on. Maybe we can change it if you show me what you saw." Sam said trying to sound calm.

"Some of what I saw was painfully clear. I saw you come with me and then Farid and some man were standing over you and Aiden's body and I was still alive. Then I saw that if you didn't come with me I was able to get Aiden to you, but I wasn't able to get away. They hurt me but soon I was back home and we were all alive. I will be hurt either way but you and Aiden don't have to die. Can't you understand that I am making the better choice; I will not lose my family so soon after finding them. If I have to, I will do what has to be done without you, but I would wish that you could be there until I have to go." Lilliana said painfully. She looked over and saw tears drip down Sam's face. She walked over to him and turned his head to look at her. She then said, "No matter what happens I will come back to you, no force on this earth will keep me from coming back to you. Farid will make sure of that." Lilliana said reassuringly.

"Farid, you just said he would rip out my throat but he is going to help you come home?" Sam said questioningly.

"It's true Farid is a cold hearted monster, but he wants something and thinks I am the only one who can help him get it. Farid will help me for his own selfish reasons, but I will use that to my advantage. He only wanted Ericka as a perk; he desperately wants me to find his brother I don't think he wants to kill him I think he needs his help, but I don't know why." Lilliana said looking down at Sam's naked chest.

"Lilliana please just show me, at least then I can be prepared for what will happen." Sam said pleadingly.

"Only if you promise to let me do what has to be done for the good of everyone." Lilliana said looking into his eyes.

He was quiet for several long moments, he searched her beautiful face for an answer but saw only the truth in her eyes and the sad expression that marred her face. He gently pushed some hair from her face and nodded his head in acceptance. Lilliana then moved to lay her head on his chest and wrapped her arms around him. Sam caressed her back with his hands and closed his eyes. A moment later he started seeing fussy images flow through his mind that soon became clear. He watched as his future self received a phone call and then Lilliana ran to her closet and then reappeared moments later strapped with guns. Then she said something and grabbed his arm, suddenly they were standing next to an SUV with his hunters in it. Then they were in a warehouse fighting some men and he looked over to find Lilliana standing over the man who shot her and took her son. The man was dead and Lilliana looked at him with a serious and painful look on her face. Sudden a man appeared out of nowhere, stabbing Lilliana in the arm with a knife and pinning her to the ground. He heard Lilliana yell, "Farid." Sam ran over to where they were and tried to pull Farid off of her and then they appeared in the hallway of a large mansion type building. The next glimpse was of Farid and the other man which Sam knew to be Adam Solace, the same man who had held Lilliana captive, standing over Sam and Aiden's bodies. Then it glimpsed back to when Lilliana was stabbed in the arm by Farid in the warehouse. And Sam just stood and watched as Lilliana and Farid disappeared. Next it showed Farid handing Lilliana her son and then Aiden disappeared and it showed Sam holding Aiden back in the warehouse. Then it glimpsed back to Lilliana and Farid talking, then Lilliana tried to use her magic but it failed and some men entered the scene and took her somewhere. Then it showed several glimpses of Lilliana being hurt in different ways. Then it skipped what seemed like days and he saw her in their room leaning against the door frame for the door of the balcony. She looked over and saw Sam and turned to walk towards him but then he started yelling at her and some men from the council came into the room. Lilliana now seemed angry but he couldn't hear anything they were saying and she stormed out of the room.

Then the vision went dark and then he saw Farid and Lilliana talking Farid said, "I gave you your son as a piece offering, I need you to help me."

"With what all you do it hurt and kill people why should I help you." Lilliana said angrily and he saw she was holding her arm where he had stabbed it.

"I will help you leave this place alive if you only help me find my brother. I have searched for a very long time and desperately need to find him. He is the only one who would understand; understand what it is to be what we are. And soon I will need you help me as well, you may be the only one who can. I can promise you that I will not harm anyone you know or love if you promise to help me." Farid said.

"How do I know I can trust you? I don't even know you." Lilliana said as blood started to trickle off her fingers.

"I can do two things for you now that will help you trust me." Farid then took out a knife and cut his hand he walked over to Lilliana and removed her hand from the wound on her arm, Farid leaned down and licked the blood from the wound and then placed his cut hand over it. A moment later he removed his hand and the wound was healed. Then Farid said, "You will leave this place four days from now and I will help you take something with you that you didn't even know you wanted." Then the men came in and took Lilliana.

Sam opened his eyes and saw Lilliana was now looking at him as tears began to fall again. "I understand I will not stand in your way when it comes time." Sam said looking into her deep brown eyes. His voice sounded sad, "The man that would kill Aiden, his name is Adam Solace. He is the same man that kidnapped you before and held you prisoner. When this is over I will find him and kill him for you and he will suffer greatly." Sam said as pain and anger showed in his eyes. "I just don't understand why I would be so angry with you when you finally are able to come back. And what will happen to your magic, it pains me greatly to let you go through with this. But if it means that you will finally get Aiden back and you will be alright then..." Sam stopped and Lilliana watched as he fought the urge to be angry again.

"I am sorry." Lilliana said slowly with great pain in her voice and dipped her head to look at his chest.

Sam then lifted her head and said, "No, I am sorry that you will have to go through this again. No one should be asked to go through this; you have already been through so much. I just want to protect you from the pain of this world but it just seems too ask for your presence. I would give you my strength if I could to help you live through those four days, I would give up anything just for you to be alright." Sam said and pulled her close.

Lilliana breathed him in and let his smell overwhelm her; she let it wash the pain and worry away. Sam then lifted her up in his arms and carried her over to the bed. He set her down next to the bed and removed the robe from her body, he then let his towel fall to the floor and they climbed into the bed and held each other close. They were facing each other and Lilliana moved her head so that their lips were just barely separated. She could feel his breath flitter across her lips.

Sam tilted his head slightly and gently pressed his lips against hers. His lips rubbed gently against her and she softly moaned as small chills crept up her spine. She parted her lips and Sam slowly delved his tongue into her mouth. She lifted her tongue and did a long slow dance against his. Sam growled and greedily delved deeper to taste every bit of her. Reluctantly he pulled away and said, "Will you go somewhere with me tomorrow afternoon?"

"I would love to go anywhere with you." Lilliana asked sounding tired as she snuggled up to his chest. "Where are we going?"

"That's a surprise, you'll just have to wait and see." Sam said. Lilliana knew he was smiling slightly but not from looking at him she just felt his happiness. Slowly she drifted off to sleep and shortly after so did Sam.

Keep in mid Homonyms and Correct Pluralisations...

There (location) / They're (contraction of "they are") / Their (possessive)

Your (possive) / You're (contraction of "you are") / Yore (as in "Days of Yore")

etc...

Slapping an apostrophie and an s on a word makes it poesseive, not plural. To make (most) words plural, add an "s" or "es"

While the homonym errors are (from what I've seen) reasonably few, the "-'s" error is *all* over the place.

Outside that, the story is entertaining. (Even with the occasional stilted English mentioned by willieone.)

Ok sunshine!

You know how much I love this story but please watch all the small typo's I don't know how many times you wrote the instead of then or in this sentence....

Sam lifted Lilliana up so that her was carrying her and went back down the hallway they came and up their stairs to the room.

Which should have read..Sam lifted Lilliana up so that HE was carrying her and went down the hallway they JUST came FROM and up THE stairs to THEIR room.

Maybe get someone to give it a read through before you submit it might help find the tiny errors.
