"Until we meet again," I said.
"I don't know where or when," Mikayla replied. "Vira, take him home."
The coffee shop disappeared and I was back in Mikayla's bedroom. She was on the bed in exactly the same position I had left her in. She looked up at me with a confused look on her face.
"I thought you were going to visit future me?" she asked.
"I did. She gave me this for you," I said as I handed her the envelope.
"Did you find out what you needed to know?" Mikayla asked.
"No, she wouldn't tell me anything. She just kept saying, 'spoilers.'"
"I always loved that River Song bit." Mikayla laughed.
"Obviously you still do 20 years from now," I said as she opened the envelope and took a small card out. "What does it say?" I asked as Mikayla looked inside. Her face lit up and she smiled as wide as her beautiful face could.
"I can't tell you," she said.
"Let me guess," I said.
"Spoilers." Mikayla giggled as she put the card back in the envelope.
"But it's something good?" I asked.
"Yes, John," Mikayla replied. "I'd say it's very good."
