She might have blacked out at some point. Sian wasn't quite sure as she was still aware of what happened around her but cannot remember seeing it. Next thing she knew was being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. Lilly was sitting next to her, as she lay on a gurney. A couple of... ambulance people, Sian couldn't think of their name at that point, were fussing around. She could feel some things attached her body that were connected to stuff. The world started going really blurry and then blackness. The last thing before the blackness was complete was her twin sister crying her eyes out.
"'ll be awrite..." Sian mumbled.

Nice story...going well...appears to be some potential for expansion there as the little sister helping to care for the twin once she comes home....or perhaps some expansion on the dream the twin had about the brother doing rhe younger sister....more...

I have read too many sad ending stories lately.
They are beautiful and heartrending, but they still make me sad.
