Click hereThis is something we could potentially look to build into your systems if we get the Knights connected into it. The fidelity would take a lot of time to build. You have 24 already, another 48 would be required to get to this level of detail on a global scale.
Things to discuss in the coming years as we work our Knights agreement. Queen Goldeagle paid for this system. The Knights consoles I would pay for and own as part of my family legacy going forward."
Majisa just smiled and shook her head. She thought to her champion without looking at him, "Charlus has all but told us he is agreeable to upgrading our global system to do this. They may not have the necromancy spells for parts of it. But we could enchant the pieces we need to make that happen if that is the case.
Keeping to the terms of our Alliance will have to be a way forward to do this, as currently, he is the only one who can create them. Not even our own enchanters are this skilled to build this system. Not yet anyway. Not many would consider the time and effort to build something this detailed."
Her champion smiled, "Nice work nephew. This is a beautiful system you have built for your Queen."
Queen Goldeagle looked at it, smiled, and thought, "Now I see what the Gods have given us. Our opening back into the world with this champion. First to be able to look ahead. He gets his Knight's consoles built and set up this way and he can see the world from here and plan accordingly while strengthening our Alliance with the Metallic Dragons, and possibly the Neutral Dragons he has just found."
She finally spoke, "I agree. You built what we needed to help to secure the Kingdom. We have eyes over our Kingdom now."
---
Queen Majisa spent the next year coaxing the neutral dragons out of hiding and got them to return to dragon lands with the help of 'Madame Mind' an elder in the Moon Ray family. They shut down the gates they had in those areas. Charlus received commendations from the Dragons and the Elven Queen.
With what he built, he more than tripled their level of visibility over the Kingdom from the first phase of the Overwatch project. Stern loved the new system as it made it easier for him to monitor for a lot of magical effects going on throughout the Kingdom. To wisely deploy his limited assets.
Charlus developed the new crystal that Stern and he would use to communicate. Those Crystals were based on two books and a mission statement for the Knights network that Charlus used in both directions as Stern was not as avid a reader as his grandfather had been.
Charlus was taken at one point to the Dragon control center which had 3 2-dimensional displays.
They shared their encryption set up with him which was all two-tier. He worked on and off for the next 20 years improving their system and building the controls for The Knights network. His training phase had ended.
In a single week, he added 3 new workstations and another 24 diamonds with design elements requested by Corellon Larethian and Bahumut into those new diamonds. Enchanted with Draconic mythic non-detection into them to hide aspects of their enchantment.
Yet allowed them to be picked up for connecting to the Overwatch central system. Pieces he was not allowed to discuss with them. They had higher encryption and better fidelity around the world. Deployed by the dragons but he had enchanted them for them.
The introduction of other neutral dragons that were not gemstones was incorporated over the next 3 years as the enhanced capabilities he built into Dragon's Overwatch allowed them to be found. Charlus worked with the Elven ambassador to the dragons on these arrangements.
Charlus studied these new species and talked with them on a variety of subjects. They loved his language skills and the art of making a treaty workable for them. It expanded allied Dragons capability and established formal lines of communication with these new additions with the elves to share knowledge while keeping a level of separation that they desired.
These neutral dragons had no input into the Knights set up or network. The metallics and Charlus, because he understood the system, confirmed the chromatics had not established a new monitoring system as of yet.
Let alone the upgrades he had added. As agreed, they set up the Knights workstations as useful for tactical assessment. His uncles came to respect his abilities with encryption, enchanting, and even his diplomatic skill. They knew they were on a build-up for war.
They could all see it now. Charlus went with them to set up these diamonds He had a great map of the world. They had 8 humans, 4 dragons, and 20 elves that manned the 2 bases. This did not count Charlus. Within a year he added the 3 additional terminals. He brought all 6 terminals he had requested online with half of them run from each of the two bases.
Zirra finished up all of his gear requests and got the other two sets of celestial armor upgraded for his siblings which pleased them greatly. His elder brother, on Kora's side of the family, Oliviran was named Duke and patron over house Silvertree.
Privately he still relied on the aid of others who were more experienced. The Mothers and grandmother Zirra. Oliviran thanked Charlus at one point for ensuring that everyone understood the folly of his elder brother.
The elven population was 10x the size than it was under Eldar's time. Privately Charlus knew it was Jazzia's efforts that ensured it was not lost in the return. The Gods had been quiet to both himself and his sister and they did not try to contact them directly at that point.
They assumed they were happy with their progress. He did a much better job of staying in the shadows during this time and worked being the diplomat he needed to be in public and the enchanter who expanded the Kingdoms defenses in private.
Most were not even known by Queen Goldeagle at that point. While one design he had, the Dragon champion helped them in creating them. They were in two key locations which he copied into others. Charlus worked almost exclusively with his two enchanter siblings for most of it.
He also taught the champion how he could teleport through a crystal, Majisa found she could not do it but the Silvertree Dragons all learned it as did their offspring. Somehow it was tied to being a descendant of House Silvertree from what she could tell.
Though she never shared these thoughts or informed the council about them. It was considered a Silvertree dragon 'family secret' for now. Dragon's Overwatch picked up some of this activity, but nothing nefarious.
They did not see much as they were focused on searching the larger world available to them and they still had a limited number of terminals to work from. A limited number of eyes at any given time and they were focused on more than tactical abilities.

Unknown to Charlus, his sister the Knight Paladin and Champion, Ginnar, had fallen in love with a battle mage named Prima Silver Harp in her command. She worked desperately to try and get Prima to agree to a marriage. She wanted to be open and honest with her about who she truly was and why.
The battlemage was not into the idea of marriage and she was frustrated at Ginnar's code of restricted physical contact outside of marriage. The night of her 75th birthday Prima Silver Harp decided to wake Ginnar and 'give her a birthday present' and took it to the next level and went down orally on Ginnar's pussy.
Ginnar was on sensory overload and moaning out. Prima rotated around and put her own pussy over Ginnar's mouth and they brought each other off orally. They kept their hymens in tack and no penetration was done.
Prima felt she kept it 'above board and kept it from crossing the line' as they had avoided taking either of their virginities. Ginnar even felt she had kept it from going too far with her code for the same reason and she had not been told or warned otherwise.
The next morning, they repeated their loving session with Ginnar taking the lead in the hopes she could convince Prima to marry her. Prima still resisted the idea of marriage and told her, "It would be easier to just have you stop being a Paladin."
Ginnar looked at her, "I have to be a Paladin. I am a champion to the Gods. I have a duty that I must perform. I cannot turn my back on that. It would be detrimental to the elven people to do so."
Prima let it go for now. Prima worked to break down her resolve on the matter. While Ginnar kept working to break down Prima's defenses on the issue. They each wanted the other to capitulate.

Charlus had been summoned to the palace for a very private meeting. They met in the War Room Conference Room. Gathered were 40 senior members of the Diplomatic Service with the King and Queen.
Queen Goldeagle looked at everyone, "Please have a seat and this will be somewhat informal. This is a retirement party for our Spy Master of the last 400 years but he has served for 2 centuries before that, starting training when he was 50 years of age. His grandson will be taking over his spot as my new Spy Master, Stern.
He will have a counterpart working our intelligence gathering outside the area. Our New Knight Commander Silvertree, also known as Enigma. He will be filling multiple roles in finding friendly allies for diplomacy as well as assets around the world to get a pulse on world affairs. Once this current upcoming conflict is brought to a resolution."
She looked over at Charlus, "Knight Commander the floor is yours."
Charlus pulled up a very large map spread between two poles, "As of 4 hours ago we have a force of 300,000 building up across the other side of the land bridge. With a 139 dragon with more expected. The Elven Kingdom is able to deal with most infiltration due to our local Overwatch capability.
The Knights are tied into, and I have helped to provide a much-needed upgrade to, the Dragon Kingdoms view of the world. We call it Dragon's Overwatch. This has allowed us to help our dwarven allies to fortify the right locations for an attack by 40,000 drow soldiers, they have at least 10 enemy dragons in the area.
Our dwarven allies are being augmented with 12 dragons and 10,000 human mercenaries. Our dwarven allies have almost 50,000 dwarves in the area, over half of their population. That is the dwarven front.
The elven front is set to repel across this area with a force of 1,000,000 humans, 400,000 elven forces, and 300 dragon riders based on this information on what we are facing. Dragon numbers and classified. I have 26 crystals going to various levels of command.
The humans have built up a small navy on our side in the last 50 years. The numbers of men aboard each of the 50 ships the humans have refused to release to us. If they are at full capacity, then it is another 100,000 humans on the water.
I was able to give them ship designs from my personal library and they adapted, that is why I know the capacity of the ships. Our ability to see underwater and below ground with the Knight network is classified by the Alliance treaties. The Dwarven King and all three Queens know of our abilities in this area.
I have designed and helped to upgrade over half of the existing systems and defenses. The chromatics are in for a surprise with the return of some of the neutral dragons into the upcoming conflict. They are strictly in dragon lands by treaty. I am not authorized to brief their defenses in any detail.
Even with everything we have done together, or the upgrades I have given them, they are still uptight in revealing too much of their own defenses. The humans are being the same way with their navy. I, of course, know more than the dragons would like me to know, hence why I am not allowed to brief that."
Several chuckled. "We have a lot of equals out here now. Stern and I came to terms a long time ago about our different focuses. I built our current monitoring system over the elven Kingdom which has shut down those necromantic rings here for now. The Knights can see into our human and dwarven allies but are restricted from taking any actions directly.
Charlus sighed in exasperation, "Leaving it to their defense forces. Our ambassadors are working these issues...slowly. Too slowly in my opinion. It is an uphill battle, especially with our human allies.
I did negotiate an expansion over the Elven Kingdom. I work the Knights systems from my bases. Yes, I said they are mine; the dragons' built-up physical structures in them I built up the extra-dimensional structures which outnumber them. Then there is the entire monitoring system at those Knight's facilities I also built. I become an adult in a few days."
This got a few laughs. Charlus looked at them, "This is work my father tried to restart and he was hunted by God level entities that feared him so much. The current champion for the elven people is the general in charge of those defenses. She is also my just turned adult Sister. The humans have an admiral for their navy and a general for their armies who is almost the same age as the two of us."
That got a few more laughs. He sighed in exasperation again, "I do not sense this navy will see much action but they will be probed. There is one dragon with every 5-ship group and they are traveling in groups of 10 to patrol the riverway and deep-sea side.
Too few dragons if you ask me, but as usual the human Queen does not wish to listen to a thing suggested outside of her own military. Especially anything from me. With our Overwatch, we can throw a lot more surprises than they are expecting. We can block, trap, and kill their dragons; if they get anywhere near our cities.
We added capabilities since they attacked last. There were fourteen shelters previously. There are over 50 now. All designed by me and most are only known by me at the moment, and the enchanters I have had working them.
I wanted to avoid any leaks to the enemy and given the state of infiltration with the humans and dwarves that are slow in being handled, I have kept the information restricted at the moment to help protect our collective asses.
But I have kept my enchanters VERY busy and even our own Queen is not aware of most of the things I have had the enchanters building, I financed them as well, money well spent...trust me."
That got a few more laughs. He looked at the map, "This part of the world will become a fortress for years to come, but we will look for ways to improve things. Part of that is getting these large forces fighting in smaller and shorter conflicts when they happen. I am leaving it to the army, city enchanters, and Stern to work the northern border defenses. Now all of these shelters we have built have the crews manning them in place or nearby.
All Moon Blade Wielders are set to have access. My blade is 'the key' to all of them. The new ones to the north, another Moon Blade wielder, Moon Ray created a few recently with help from some additional enchanters to make them permanent.
We can expect in the coming years they will get tired of having their asses handed to them on this side of the border. We may push them all the way around the world to where they are fighting us on our northern border. That is my paladin imitation."
They laughed. "In all seriousness, the possibility of them switching direction is not lost on us. We know they have no significant ground-based assets in that direction if anything. That does not mean I have not thought of ways to respond if something was missed. I have."
They chuckled. Charlus looked over, "I would like to thank the retiring Spy Master for indulging my experiments, fostering the growth of my skills, teaching me everything he knows short of having his mind dumped inside of mine. I could probably hold it."
They laughed. He smiled. "More importantly for being my friend these past years and in the years to come."
That got a round of applause. He looked over, "To our new Spy Master. We have bumped heads, come to appreciate each other's skills, found that by working together we can accomplish much. Once he realized my crazy ideas are not that crazy. To our continued friendship and to know if he encounters a problem; I probably have a crazy idea to help."
That got a laugh and a round of applause. He looked over to the Queen, "Thank you, Your Majesty. For indulging me, all the surprises that have been thrust upon you so far and an apology now for the surprises in the future. For supporting my enchanting efforts even when I have held back what they are for at times. You are our Queen, my friend, and my confidant. You are one of a kind."
That got another round of applause. He smiled, "That is it for the spy, military, and diplomatic aspects of my long-winded speech."
They laughed and gave him a round of applause as he sat down.
Stern stood, "To our Enigma who has come along at the right time to make us better, even if he is a bit paranoid. He is in the right service for that."
There was laughter around the table for that, "To my grandfather who brought me into this world. What in the 9 hells did you get me into?"
They laughed. "Thank you for teaching me so much and keeping my ass from making major mistakes. Like trying to kill Enigma."
They laughed. He looked over, "To our Queen. Thank you for all of your support and friendship. I have my grandfather as a confidant."
That got a few laughs. The Queen stood, "To the two rowdy and sometimes unpredictable elves who have led the effort to secure our kingdom and prepare us for this war, my heartfelt thanks. To the Spy Master who got them working together and has severed us all with distinction, we all appreciate your years of service. The floor is yours."
He stood and looked across the room, "All of you have trained under me to some degree. Enigma runs the full gambit of skills and is an Enigma because he can do that. My grandson is the epitome of a Spy Master suited to that roll in defense of this kingdom.
I have worked under several Kings and Queens in my time and dealt with enough court intrigue that I would sooner forget now. I will say I love the work put together by these 2.
They have worked to ease my mind about stepping off the field and turning things over to them. Given everything they have built and accomplished once they started working together. Once I got Stern to stop planning different Holiday Packages to take care of Enigma."
That got a chuckle. He looked at them both and nodded. Everyone applauded. Charlus stood with 3 small boxes. He walked over. He placed one in front of the retiring Spy Master, in front of the Queen, and in front of Stern. He looked at the Queen, "You have a new communication crystal. This one is different of course. It will contact me just like your old one. To this new crystal." He pointed at the other two boxes.
"You have two new passphrases. The first is 'Stern what have you done?"
The room laughed. The second is "Why did you leave me with these two?"
They laughed again. He smiled, "One crystal and you can contact one, two, or all of us. These things get heavy after a while. This is the best I could do to lighten your load, Your Majesty."
He looked at the Spy Master, "You have a second one, It has a passphrase of, "What are you doing to Stern now?"
The group laughed. "That goes directly to me without the half-dozen books, you can forget that useless knowledge if you so choose now."
They chuckled at that. The retiring Spy Master nodded, "Thank you for simplifying my retirement."
The Queen looked at Charlus, "Very clever is this because the talking and receiving are on different encryption?"
He shook his head, "Your crystal just has three sets of encryptions to go out to each of us and three sets to receive from each of us.
The downside is you will not know which of us is contacting you. That will be in the next upgrade."
