Smooth Jazz Ch. 05

"I know your upset but we'll make it back. I love you baby, and I know I've been messing up, but we'll get this money."

"I know we will, because I'm taking over now."

"That's good, I trust you, I know I should have just let you take the lead on this." William wanted to say anything he could to please her. He hated when she was angry at him.

"By the way, what was up with this guy who came by today looking for you? He said you and him had plans you needed to discuss."

"None of your business William, this is my plan and you're not going to fuck it up."

"But who is that guy?" William asked again and she turned around a piece of ice tucked in the corner of her mouth, as she looked at him in annoyance.

"Are you questioning me?"

"It's just you've been gone a lot honey, and you haven't been letting me know where and I don't know. I don't want to think anything but-" William trailed off.

"But what," Ellen raised her eye brow and then laughed.

"Oh, am I fucking other men? Of course I am. I'm going to fuck Black too. We need to get on his good side." William stood in shock at her words. She was sleeping with other people? She had said it so casually and without feeling, he doubted his hearing was right.

"When did you start this? I thought we were exclusive, you said we-"

"William stop bothering me! Don't be so foolish. You belong to me, and I belong to no one. You understand?" She paused and looked at him as his eyes watered up.

"Oh god William, don't tell me you're in love! This is about money, power, and lust. We can have it all but it'll be on my terms baby, and you knew that." Ellen poked out her mouth and smiled mocking his emotions. William could not explain the wave of sadness and emptiness that washed over him.

He loved Ellen. He thought she wanted to build a life with him. He was wrong, for her it was just about the money. Sure he wanted money too but only so that he could get back at Jazz and move on with Ellen. The reality burned deep inside his chest but unlike the brandy, it wasn't going down so smooth.

"Ellen I don't know what to say, I thought this was more to you than a fling. I want to marry you." William advanced toward her, convincing himself it was just his fuck ups that had her feeling this way.

"I'll get it together, trust me. You can sleep with whoever you want, get it all out your system before hand and then by the wedding we'll be good." William took her hands, kissing them in hope.

"I'll go visit Jazz, and I can make her trust me again. I've done it before."

"William trust me, if I thought it was possible I would let you, but I already have a visitor for her, that'll be a little more persuasive," Ellen's eyes gleamed with excitement. Her thoughts were still with that bastard, Mr. Pennington.

"And of course we'll marry. Once we get this money we'll settle down, you'll be a devoted and faithful husband, and I'll be doing as I please." She assured him.

"I like you. You listen to me, you do what I say, and you're perfect. All you have to do is play your role William, and don't over step your boundaries. Okay?" Ellen patted his cheek and swallowed the ice whole.

She put on her jacket and put back up her hair.

"At first I was hiding my little rendezvouses from you for the thrill."

"Now since you know, there's no reason for me to hide it. I'm leaving to go find and fuck Black, don't worry I'll pacify him. Leave it to me."

"By the time I'm done with him, we'll have all the money and the drugs and he won't see a dime." She gave William a firm kiss on the mouth, washed back another glass of Brandy and clicked her way out the house.

When she was gone all William could do was collapse on the couch and cry. He knew he was too in love to leave, and would do anything to be with her. Even give up his pride and his man hood. It was Jazz's fault. Ellen was acting this way because she was frustrated about the money. If he made it right she would stop fucking around on him. She would want only him. He had to destroy Jazz, he had to step up and show Ellen what he was capable of. She wanted devious, then that's what she would get.

"COME ON BABY, HE'LL LOVE YOU!" Connor yelled to her from downstairs, Jazz tried to hurry up and put one last curl in her head. James had promised to come over and do her hair, but he got caught up with waiter boy again. She didn't know why James insisted on calling him this, instead of Brian, which was his real name.

She did know that she was nervous as hell to meet Connors dad. What if he didn't like her? Connor and his Dad were really close, what if she said something stupid? She tried to breathe and relax. She had been putting Connor off for a week. Then again, he did agree to go see her parents soon and that was brave of him.

She had said it as a joke in response to his invitation and he agreed. So far they had danced around the issue of a label, which also worried her. She didn't want to pressure him into making a commitment. Jazz also knew that the possibility of him leaving was lingering in the air as well.

Then there was the divorce. The battle had reached a level of calm for now. William was calm, almost too calm for Jazz's taste. All the sudden he agreed to give her the property, but only if he received a percentage of the earnings. Jazz wasn't having that so it continued. They were set to meet up again in a month or so.

Connor wanted to attend the court dates with her but she didn't think that was a good idea. Although it would do William some good to see what a real man looked like. How a real man treated a woman, and carried himself. Not like a punk ass bitch.

"I'm sure he will," she smiled timidly, as she shouted to him from upstairs. She hoped that she had chosen right. She picked out a white baby doll dress that hugged her at the top and flared around her legs at the bottom. Her shell necklace, which she clasped around her neck, was pale turquoise.

The necklace was a gift that Connor had gotten her in celebration of her second successful recital, in which he had attended. She was invited to perform at a fancy French restaurant venue in the downtown area. Connor was her date and support for the night.

Jazz thought that she would die of embarrassment, when he stood up and clapped loudly for her, whistling and shouting "that's my baby!" Maybe she should have informed him of the proper etiquette, which is to hold applause until the end of the song.

Jazz guessed he didn't know the difference between the end and a pause for dramatic effect. Everybody followed suit, from enjoyment or fear. She had bet it was the latter. Still, it was nice to see his face burn red when she continued playing afterwards, and all he could do was mouth her "sorry" as she tried to keep her composure.

"Well, you never cease to take my breath away-you look gorgeous," he beamed at her as she came down the stairs. She was glowing. It had taken her almost three hours to get ready. As he looked at her now it was worth the wait. Her body was perfection in her white dress, playing lovely against her caramel skin.

Her hair was in a clip with only a few small tendrils falling on either side of her face. He watched as she walked down the steps in her wedges elongating those legs he loved so much. Then those beautiful eyes, that always seem to take his breath away. He looked at her hungrily.

"Is it safe to come down?" She teased but was pleased at the obvious approval in his eyes and words. He lifted her off the last step to her delight, and kissed her lips passionately. Jazz instantly wrapped her legs around his waist, and started rubbing the front of his pants with her hand.

Connor grunted as she bit down on his bottom lip and then pulled away. She managed to get loose her legs dropping to the floor. She raced for the door. Oh, but Connor was much quicker. He caught her outside by the navigator. He had enough time to catch up even after he had locked the door behind them.

Connor had strength and speed on her. He grabbed Jazz and picked her up and pushed her against the car. He reached under her dress and cupped her firm bottom in his large hands.

"I'm sorry-stop Connor-were outside!" She looked around nervously. She knew where things were leading in the house and did not want to be late. She was glad it was the middle of the day and most people were gone to work and children were in school. No one was out and about thankfully.

"You just had to get something started, now you're gonna have to beg. Say Connor you're the best I ever had. No one can make my pussy quiver like you." Jazz looked at him like he had lost his damn mind.

"Fuck you, and put me down. I'm not playing Connor. Are you forgetting were outside!" She laughed but was trying to scold him at the same time.

"That's exactly what I'm trying to do, you look so fucking sexy." Jazz knew he was serious when his jade green eyes grew dark with desire. He opened the passenger car door that she was up against and laid her on the back seat inside.

"No one can see what I'm doing with my hands baby, just relax."

"Please-Oh my god Connor...stop-mmm," Jazz moaned when he lifted her dress and pulled her thong aside and started running his finger up and down her pussy. He entered two fingers inside her and started to fuck her with them. Jazz immediately arched up, her pussy soaking his fingers immediately at the sensation.

"That mouth saying no, but what is that pussy saying," He grunted. Jazz could only moan in pleasure as he bent his head down to suck on her clit, while continuingly fucking her with his fingers. Connor could not help but enjoy the look on her pretty caramel face as he drove her to the edge.

"Yes! Fuck baby," Connor licked his fingers after she cried his name and came all over them. He wasn't done with her sexy ass yet. He unzipped his pants and let down all four passenger seats at the same time, crawled in and closed the door in one swift motion.

Connor turned her over and pushed her face down into the seat, and entered her pussy from behind. Jazz whimpered as she was defenseless to the pleasure and excitement that swept through her, as his dick started stroking her pussy from the back.

Connor wasn't gentle this time. He was starving for her and her pussy. Ever since the night they made love he couldn't keep his hands off of her. He snatched off her clip off and grabbed a hand full of her curls, as he pulled; he slammed his dick into her pussy repeatedly. He stroked his dick deep into her pussy and she tightened around him in pleasure.

"Say it!" Connor pushed her dress to her waist and slapped her bare ass cheek and she moaned in pleasure. He slapped it again, pulling her hair even harder.

"Connor," she cried out and he slapped her other ass cheek, as redness started to form on the other.

"Tell me Jazz! Mmm this pussy so fucking tight baby," he crossed his arms; criss crossed on either side of her waist and started pounding her pussy even harder.

"You're the best I ever had, fuck! Baby don't stop...don't stop please!" Jazz cried out as she gripped the door closest to her. Jazz could feel every inch of him tearing her pussy up. She could feel the orgasm building up inside her. She could hear and feel her wetness as his dick showed no mercy on her pussy, going in and out with such thorough strokes.

"That's right, you gone come for me Jazz, mm?" Connor slapped her ass again loving how her pussy tightened around his fat dick when he did.

"Fuck yourself." He told her and stopped stroking and Jazz started pushing her own pussy back on his dick. He loved watching his dick disappear into her pretty little chocolate caramel pussy.

Jazz was trying to cum so bad; she used the door for balance and pushed her ass back with force. She needed Connors stroke to finish the job though.

"Please baby," Jazz begged.

"Oh you need some help, huh?" He gripped her hair again and started pounding her pussy into overdrive.

"Shit! Connor I'm gonna cum, don't stop...I'm gonna cum, shit!" Jazz screamed and with one final slap on her ass, she came all over his dick. Connor felt her pussy tighten and spasm all over his cock and it was enough to make him cum as well. They collapsed in the back of the car nothing but a pair of sated limbs.

"COME ON JAZZ, YOU REALLY MAD AT ME?" Connor looked over at her and tried to hold back a smile. She looked so adorable with her arms folded across her chest and her lip poked out. She should have known he would have to make her pay for getting him hard, and then not letting them finish what she had started.

How was he supposed to keep his hands off her? Jazz sat silent, so Connor pulled the car over.

"I don't have anything to say to you." Jazz crossed her arms tighter refusing to give in, even though she knew she was being difficult.

"Jazz I'm sorry; it's just hard for me to keep my hands off you. You're so damn sexy babe." He knew he had the right angle when her features softened a little.

"I just wanted to satisfy you. Jazz, you know you can't leave me hanging like that." Connor reached a finger underneath her chin and turned her head his way.

"What about what you forced me to say?" Jazz turn to him and sucked her teeth seeing the amusement dance in his eyes.

"You think it's funny. Connor I had to change! My dress was all wrinkled and messed up. Not to mention my hair!"

"Baby, you have another baby doll dress, this sunflower one looks ten times more amazing on you! And those curls only took a few, thirty minutes to re-do. All in all I say it's a win," Connor reasoned and pulled his hand back when she shot those daggers at him.

"I should slap you. That'll fix yo ass real good, like when we first met." They both laughed. Jazz couldn't help it; she couldn't stay mad at him for long.

"I guess you were desperate after all." Connor said and she reached out to slap him and he quickly dodged it.

"Well the sex isn't too bad." Jazz said as if just hours ago she wasn't bent over screaming his name and cumming all over his dick.

"I just wish you wouldn't have laid me in the back of the car Connor! How many women have you ...wait I don't want to know." Jazz held up her hands to stop any response that might come out his mouth.

"No one but you, and why not; the windows are tinted, no one was out. What's so bad about fucking MY girl in MY car, you act like it's a rental." Jazz felt her heart stop.

She looked at him but he just started the car again, and he pulled off as if he had never said the word.

"Girl," Jazz asked. She couldn't help but point it out.

Connor had heard himself say it, but didn't even realize.

"Well you know what I mean?" Connor cleared his throat, and tugged on the collar of his white dress shirt. He couldn't believe he said that, but he couldn't deny he wanted her to be his. He hadn't been seeing anyone else in the past two months and didn't plan on it.

He didn't want to pressure her though and decided to play it cool.

"Yeah we've been going out and I know we enjoy each other's company and then some. I don't want you to feel pressured or anything, you know?" Jazz was starting to get a little nervous herself. They had never talked about this before.

Connor had never shown her any signs that he wanted to go past this dating stage which they had never really defined as dating or not dating. They had tumbled into each other's head, heart and eventually bed. Yet they had yet to define themselves.

"I don't, I care about you. You know that." Connor rubbed her hand and she felt as if he was trying to pacify her. Jazz felt she was being silly. Of course he didn't want to make a commitment or claim her as his girlfriend. They were just two consenting adults enjoying each other's company.

"I do know that. I care about you too." Jazz was just uncertain whether Connor felt the same way, was it just sex for him? Jazz couldn't help but feel like she was falling in love and Connor was falling in lust. Yet she stayed quiet, she didn't want to guilt him into feeling things he didn't feel.

Connor was surprised at the certain shift he felt in her mood. Did he say the wrong thing? He felt he knew that he should just state his feelings, tell her what he wanted. He was afraid it would complicate things. How he could he tell her he was falling in love?

That he was feeling things he never felt before and it was exciting, new but scary all at the same time.

"Were here," Connor pulled into his dad's driveway, deciding to save the conversation for another time.

"We are? You sure it's not too late to turn around?" Jazz muttered when he turned off the car, hopped out, and went around to the passenger side to open her door. They walked to the door and he grabbed her hand and gave it a squeeze, to let her know she would be fine.

"Hey dad we're here!" They stepped inside as Connor opened the door with his key. As soon as the smell hit him, he smiled. His dad was cooking; his dad had good hands in the kitchen. When Connors Mom died he had to make himself into a home maker.

He realized that if he wanted Connor to grow up healthy that TV dinners and hamburger helper wasn't going to cut it. So he brought himself some cookbooks and got the cooking.

"Hey! Why don't you guys, wait I think my heart just stopped and fell out to the floor, son I think I'm in love." His dad gave her a playfully grin and Jazz laughed color rising on her honey cheeks.

"It's nice to meet you Mr. O'M-"

"Please, call me Dave and let me just get my marriage proposal out the way right now, and though I don't have a ring, in all fairness, Connor doesn't either." He took her hand and kissed it and when she laughed a girlish giggle, Connor rolled his eyes. His dad thought he was so charismatic.

"It's nice to meet you Dave." Jazz was charmed already.

"A marriage proposal and food, a girl could get use to this." She turned to Connor, and then back to Dave.

"It smells wonderful by the way." Jazz was taken aback by how similar they looked. Connors dad had the same eyes. They looked kind but at the same time nervous.

Jazz knew it was Connors first time bringing a girl home and his dad was having a new experience just as she.

"I'm cooking crab legs; I got a little seafood vibe going."

"Now, I'll make an exception and let you in to see my secrets." He put a fatherly arm around Jazz and led her into the kitchen, chatting with her as if they were old friends who hadn't seen each other in a long time.

Connor didn't know why Jazz ever doubted that they would get along just fine. He followed them into the kitchen before his father managed to take Jazz away, as the sound of her laughter echoed throughout the house.

JAZZ DIDN'T THINK SHE HAD MET ANYONE LIKE DAVE. He and Connor looked alike, but his father's personality was exuberant and contagious. He had a light that shined out of him, when he was talking about anything. He made her feel comfortable and at ease and he was really easy to talk to.

Jazz talked to him about the crazy kids that she tutored and about her first recital, when she threw up on the piano. He just laughed and listened and responded in a way where she didn't feel embarrassed or silly, like she would have telling anyone else.

"Jazz is such a unique name, well the way it's spelled and how it came about. Special just like the woman who it belongs to," Dave smiled at Jazz as he poured her a little wine, just for tasting as she had piano lesson later on tonight.

"Hey watch it, this is my woman, get your own," Connor took her hand possessively.

"Your woman," Dave said but beamed at his son.

"Yes my woman, right baby?"

"Well, your father did propose..." They all erupted in laughter. Jazz felt good being here with them. She felt like she belonged. She hadn't felt such a sense of family since she had visited her mother and father in Georgia almost a year ago.
