"Yes, Master," she answered.
He laughed. "Ha! Master? You kill me, Trish."
Trish reached over to the desk, grabbed her water glass and smashed it down on hard surface. Turning back, she then jammed the jagged remains into John's throat.
"Uhhkk..." he gurgled as blood fountained from his severed jugular and onto Trish's chest.
"Mmm..." Trish moaned. It felt so warm on her skin...
Soon the blood stopped, as did John's life. Trish got up and looked down at the father of her future second child, who she had just murdered.
She was fine with it.
Wow. I'm torn. In one sense it came out of left field and hit like a gut punch. However it was consistent with the proceeding story and was an interesting look at figures of speech.
It was also a nice touch with defining the pronunciation of Guy at the beginning, that made the payoff work so well.
As to the outcome, Trish never behaved like that at work, and John had to have mentioned what he would like to to with her to more than a couple coworkers. In the end they would determine that Trish was defending herself after being raped by John. Slamdunk, open and shut case.
Nice story. I love the twist t the end... I wonder if the hot blood on her chest stopped the effect of the last trigger or she was put straight into a psychiatric institution without even a trial... the defense would have a perfect case of insanity...
Interesting
I shows the proper use of triggers is oh so important. Nice twist at the end.
The story is fiction she will be fine in prison or the hospital ward with soft walls.
She tells the police she needed to have sex, and that he told her to kill him, because she's fine with it so why not? That leads to psychological evaluation by an ethical psychiatrist, who discovers Jenner's misconduct, and he loses his license while she gets deprogrammed. Game over.
