I told her no, and asked if I could stop by tomorrow.
"Oh I think that would definitely be a good idea, Andy. A very good idea for you indeed. Why don't you try to come over at about 4. My friends and I should be back by then. We can leave them to relax and go grab an early dinner."
"Oh, um, they won't care? I don't want to intrude, I mean, get in the way if you are having company." I said, realizing that maybe Susan was hinting that tonight was only a one-time thing.
Susan laughed as she went back into the living room to grab her clothes. She shouted out to me "Andy, have I steered you wrong yet?"
No, I thought. Knowing Susan, trusting her seemed to be a very wise thing indeed.
