Tammy asks, "How will I get my training for my navigator's license?" Looking at Tim with a questionable look.

Sarha will be teaching you as we go. Once you have the training required, you will take the test by remote! Tim replied.

Tim asks, "Sarha, could you show Tammy how to navigate to the next uninhabited system?"

They were leaving the Officer's Lounge, heading to the bridge. "Ladies, please take your seats upon the bridge!" Stated Tim.

Tim walks up to the Captain's chair, placed centrally on a podium. Tim took his new seat. Tabitha's station was down, and to Tim's right, Tammy's station was down and to the left.

Once everyone was in their seats. Tim called out his first command order, "Navigation, please plot a new course to the next uninhabited system!"

Sarha follows Tammy to her station, showing how to plot the course, set everything into motion, and then look at Tammy and tell her, "OK."

Tammy said, "New course plotted in, Captain! We will arrive in three days, 12 hours, and 22 minutes. "she had a great big smile on her face, being the first time doing her new job.

Tim said, "Tabitha, do half speed for one hour, then go warp-speed."

Tim asks, "Sarha, in this uninhabited system, is there an asteroid-belt there?"

Sarha states, "Once we get there, we will send out probes."

Everyone just sitting at their station and watching the viewscreen. Even tho it was not new to each one, it was unique as a team. They all looked at each other, and that a massive grin on their faces.

Tammy turning to look at Tim, "So Tim, what do we do now?" Tammy asks?

Tim said," I am thinking about training. You, Tammy, will spend about two hours in the morning training with Sarha on Navigation. Then after mealtime, meeting down on the firing range for target practice and safety training. After, that you will have available time to do things for yourself."

Tim said, "Tabitha, you will spend the morning studying the ship. You will need to know all you can. If you want to try the Cerebral Implant for controlling the ship, it would be OK. You are then meeting us after mealtime, down on the firing range as well."

Tabitha asked, "Sarha, how many of the Implants do you have?"

Sarha replied, "Only have one left; someone will need to make more. Whomever its is should be an engineer."

Tim said, "Well, I guess that will have to wait,"

Both Tabitha and Tammy agreed on the daily set-up. They were starting to do their training.

After the meal, they all headed to the armory. Tabitha and Tammy were shown the weapons they were to use. "Has either of you any experience with firearms?" Tim asks

Tim settled on the assault rifles and made sure they were unloaded, before handing them to the girls. Saying to them, "Please handle with care."

They moved to the firing range in the next room. Sarha 3rd met them. She was there to show them where everything was. Tabitha stating. "All gun ports are open and on-line, Captain!"

Sarha replied, "Shields at full-power, Captain!"

Tim said, Sarha, "Open distress signal channel!"

Sarha states, "Channel is open."

Tim said," This is Captain Tim Bodge, of the Star Gladiator 1; what is your emergency?"

The viewscreen opened, showing an individual that looks like a lizard standing on its hind legs. "This is captain Glendaleish Finwillish of the freighter Easter Fence. Sarha replied, "No, we can let them have the usage of our secondary power system."

Tim Telling, "Tabitha, Please, bring our ship alongside within 500 meters, and hold the position."

Tim unmutes the viewscreen, "We will be sending you our secondary power supply cable. Just let us know when you are finished."

Tim asks, "Sarha, can we send a bot with the cable over to their ship?"

Sarha states, "the bot is on its way."

Captain Glendaleish Finwillish replied, "Thankish, you veryish much. Willish let you know if we needish anything else."

Tim said, "All right, we will be standing by. To the girls, we will need to stay at our stations until this is over."

A little over an hour later, they get a call from Captain Glendaleish Finwillish saying, "Thankish you veryish much. Weish would have died; we willish remember you. Thankish." They unhooked the cable, and their ship headed out of the system.

Tim says, "All right, ladies, let us get back on our way. Navigation, please re-plot our course!"

Tim stating, "We now choose, go back to bed for a couple of hours or start the day early?"

They sat in the Officer's Lounge and had breakfast and talked. After a while, the girls decided they wanted to rest for a little longer. They had a busy time last night for a while. So, they headed back to their quarters.
