The Boys of Colony Theta Ch.04

The group approached the sales desk where a young male stood.

"May we see the manager please?" Officer McLeod said to him as she flashed her badge.

"Erm... Certainly Officer, she's out the back. I'll call for her if you could wait there for a moment." The young male replied.

He tapped the communicator in his ear and spoke into it, explaining that some Enforcement officers were there in the store and wished to see her.

"She'll be out in a few moments." He said nervously once he had terminated the brief call. The young male sales assistant gave Danny a sympathetic look as though he knew what Danny was in for.

A few minutes later, a woman in her late 40's came out through a door behind the sales desk.

"Can I help you, officers?" She said as she approached, "All of my male staff are accounted for and their details are up to date, I can assure you."

She was dressed casually in light coloured denim jeans (even in that day and age the ubiquitous garment was still as popular as it had ever been) and a pale green shirt that she wore open with only a simple white undershirt. Only her badge, which bore the legend 'Vanessa Davies - Manager', identified her as being in charge of the establishment.

"That's okay Sister, we are not here to investigate you in any way. We are here to conduct a routine stop and examination of this young male here." Officer McLeod said, gesturing towards Danny, "May we use your office for a few minutes please?"

"Erm... Certainly Officers." The manager replied, "Please follow me."

The group followed the manager through the door and into the back part of the store that housed its stock and several offices and a staff break room. She ushered them into an office towards the back of the storage area.

"Will that be all for now?" The manager asked the two Enforcers.

"We'd like you to stay please Sister, if you're not too busy. We need someone to witness and to sign the report to say that this examination has been performed in compliance with the Male Disciplinary Act of 2357." Officer McLeod replied officiously.

"Erm... Sure. Will it take long?" The manager replied.

"We'll be done as quickly as we can." Officer McLeod answered.

"Now then Cadet, can you remember where we begin?" She said as she turned to face her junior.

"Yes ma'am - the first step is to scan the male and confirm his ownership details." Cadet Cooper replied as she opened the case she had been carrying. It contained several devices and machines that enabled them to carry out their examination, all but one of which Danny didn't recognise.

Cadet Cooper picked up the one device that Danny did recognise - the microchip scanner that Dr Williams had used on him when she had examined him following his accident. She switched the device on and held it against his neck, removing it a few moments later when it beeped and Danny's information appeared on its screen.

"Daniel Theta 134769 registered as the property of Mrs Rebecca Teresa Rainham of Apartment 29, Lansberry Mansions, Newkirk Street, Evershaw, Greater Manchester." Cadet Cooper recited from the screen.

"Nice address." Officer McLeod remarked, "Nice part of town, Evershaw."

"Born in the white Caucasian sector of Breeding Colony Theta and discharged from the colony on September 25^th 2457." The cadet continued, "No previous routine enforcement examinations recorded, no medical conditions noted although there is an incident recorded just over a month ago when a Dr Katherine Williams was called to attend following some kind of accident."

"Can you explain that for me please?" Officer McLeod asked the twins.

"I was erm... riding him when the legs of the riding bench gave way. It tipped the bench up and he was strangled by the neck collar." Virginia explained, "He lost consciousness for a few moments but we were able to release him before he suffered any serious injury."

"Our mother called the doctor to make sure he was okay." Eve added.

"It says here that the doctor noted that this young male had consumed a quantity of alcohol." Cadet Cooper said.

"Care to explain that?" Officer McLeod said levelly.

"Mother gave him a small glass of brandy to calm his nerves." Eve explained, "She had said it was purely medicinal."

"Well, this male's mistress must surely know that to allow a male in her charge to consume alcohol is a serious offence." Officer McLeod said gravely, "However since it was, as you say, purely medicinal, and the doctor has already noted it and accepted that explanation, I guess we'll turn a blind eye to it on this occasion. Cadet Cooper, please update this male's chip to record that we have noted the alcohol report and that no further action has been taken."

"Yes ma'am." The cadet replied dutifully and tapped at the machine's keypad. Once she had finished she held the device up against the back of Danny's neck once more. After a moment it bleeped to indicate that the updated information had been uploaded to it.

"Is that everything?" Danny asked.

"Not quite, Pretty One." Officer McLeod replied, "We need to take a couple of samples from you and carry out a few analyses before we can release you."

"Shall I prepare the equipment ma'am?" Cadet Cooper asked her superior.

"Yes please Cadet." Officer McLeod replied, "You remember the correct order?"

"Yes ma'am." The cadet replied, "Blood sample first, followed by urine and semen analysis."

"Very good, nice to see you have been paying attention." Officer McLeod said as her young cadet set about laying out several new devices on the manager's desk.

"Okay now Pretty One," Officer McLeod said, trying her best to put the young male at ease, "We're going to take some samples of your blood, your urine and your semen. Now, I know some of this will be embarrassing for you but if you comply like a good boy it will be over quickly okay?"

"Erm... Yes, Mistress, er... I mean, Officer Mistress." Danny replied as compliantly as he could, unsure as to how to correctly address an Enforcer. He was trembling with fear on the inside but was trying his best to put up a stoical front.

The senior officer picked up a pen-like device and then fixed a small attachment to one end of it that had come from a sterile packet.

"Okay, please hold out your left hand Pretty One, I'm just taking a small sample of your blood. You'll just feel a small scratch okay." Officer McLeod said as Danny did as he was told.

She pressed the device against Danny's hand and with a sharp click from the device and a slight gasp of momentary discomfort from Danny, she collected a drop of blood into the needle attachment. She then removed the attachment and placed it into an analysis device. After a few seconds it bleeped to indicate that it had completed its analysis of the sample.

"Good, everything normal there." Officer McLeod said as she read off the screen, "No alcohol currently present in the bloodstream, Andrasta immunity at normal levels. Testosterone levels within acceptable limits. It says here that you are a very healthy boy."

The cadet then unwrapped what looked like a short length of clear plastic tubing from a sterile packet.

"Okay now Pretty One, this is a standard issue pre-lubricated male fluid collection tube." Officer McLeod said as she slipped on a pair of latex gloves and took the tube from the cadet, "It's nothing to be afraid of, it just inserts into your penis a couple of inches and allows us to obtain a urine and semen sample from you without any external contamination. Could you prepare him please, Cadet."

Cadet Cooper unzipped and removed Danny's kilt and then pulled down his underwear to leave him naked from the waist down, save for his shoes and socks.

"Good, no evidence of any injuries caused by any banned disciplinary devices, no marks caused by whips or crops et cetera." The senior officer said to her cadet as she cast her eyes over Danny's naked behind.

"Could you remove his chastiser now please Sisters." Officer McLeod addressed the twins once she noticed the shiny metal device on Danny's penis.

Eve placed her thumb against the little biometric padlock and then removed the device and released Danny's penis from its confinement. Officer McLeod then knelt before the bottomless boy and retracted his foreskin and offered the end of the tube to his meatus.

"Okay Daniel, I want you to take a deep breath for me. This shouldn't hurt but it may cause you a little discomfort." Officer McLeod said as she looked up into Danny's obviously apprehensive eyes.

Noting that Danny had taken a deep breath as instructed, she pushed the tube up into Danny's penis.

"Nggghhhh!! Hahhhhh!!" Danny exclaimed as the slippery plastic tube invaded his penis.

"There!" Officer McLeod said brightly, "Wasn't so bad was it?"

The cadet then set about attaching a clear plastic bag to the other end of the tube. Once she had fitted it correctly she gave a thumbs-up to her superior.

"Okay now Pretty One, just urinate normally for me." Officer McLeod said as she took hold of the bag in her gloved hands.

Danny sighed and relaxed his body. Within moments his golden yellow urine could be seen running down the clear plastic tube and into the bag. Danny felt acute embarrassment as he looked into the faces of the five fully clothed women in the room. He noted the expressions of sympathy on the faces of Eve and Virginia, their united sense of sorrow and pity for him clearly evident as he endured such an embarrassing and degrading experience. The manager looked on in wonderment, having never seen anything like it happening in her office before. The two Enforcers however, simply wore a blank expression as though they had seen it all before, which they must have done, Danny thought to himself.

"Good boy!" Officer McLeod said brightly as she witnessed Danny's urine flowing into the bag.

After a few moments, Danny's stream of urine became a dribble and once she was satisfied that he had finished, Officer McLeod removed the collection bag from the tube. She then took a pipette and sucked up a couple of drops of Danny's urine and then dropped them into the analysis machine. Once again, it beeped once it had completed its analysis.

"Good, nothing in your urine that shouldn't be there." Officer McLeod said as Cadet Cooper fixed a small clear plastic sample bottle to the end of the tube in Danny's penis.

"One final test and then you can be on your way." The senior officer said as she took one final device from the desk.

This last device looked the most odd of them all. It resembled a hard plastic finger-like device with several wires protruding from it. Officer McLeod rolled a protective plastic sheath over the device and then smeared some lubricant onto it.

"Okay now Pretty One, I want you to be a good boy and bend over for me. Just place your hands on the desk with your legs nice and far apart." The senior officer instructed.

Danny did as he was told and positioned himself as he had been instructed.

"Now, I'm just going to insert this up into your rectum." Officer McLeod explained, "It's called a 'Kwik-Stim', it'll deliver some electrical stimulation to your prostate gland and will eventually cause you to ejaculate. It should only take a minute or so. Now, I must warn you, it will feel quite odd although it shouldn't cause you any pain."

Whilst the cadet parted Danny's buttocks, Officer McLeod inserted the device into Danny's anus causing the young male to gasp and clench his teeth and fists as he was invaded. Once it was fully inserted, Cadet Cooper set about connecting it to a small control box.

"Okay now Danny, all you have to do is to just relax and allow the Kwik-Stim to do its work." Officer McLeod explained, "It'll cause you to become erect very quickly and then it'll stimulate you until you cum. As soon as it detects that you have ejaculated it will shut itself down automatically. Okay Pretty One?"

"Erm... Y-yes Mistress Officer." Danny replied.

Officer McLeod gave the nod to her junior to switch the device on. Instantly, Danny felt an intense wave of electrical energy in his rectum. Cadet Cooper carefully extracted first the Kwik-Stim device, disposing of the plastic sheath, and then removed the tube from his penis.

"You may replace his chastiser and allow him to get dressed now Sisters." Officer McLeod said as she took the sample bottle, sucked up a couple of drops and deposited them in the analyser.

She offered the remainder of its contents to the manager.

"Would you care to sample his semen Sister?" She said as she handed her the little sample bottle, "A little something to thank you for your time and for the use of your office."

"Erm... yes, thank you. I'll have it later." The manager said as she took the bottle from the senior officer.

The analyser beeped to indicate that it had completed its cycle.

"Very good - no sperm cells present in semen sample, no traces of any alcohol or any other banned substances. Good fructose levels and no traces of any sexually transmitted infections." Officer McLeod said as she read off the device, "Thank you very much for your time Sisters, that completes this routine examination."

The senior officer then spent a few moments to update the information on Danny's identity chip to record that he had been examined.

"Could you sign here to say that you have witnessed this examination please Sister?" Cadet Cooper said as she handed a digital signature pad to the store manager.

"What happens to the bag of urine that's currently sitting on my desk?" The manager said as she signed her name.

"Don't worry Sister, we'll dispose of it ourselves. Can you tell me where your toilets are?" Officer McLeod replied.

"Sure, they're just at the end of the corridor." The manager answered.

The Enforcers then took their leave and left Danny, the twins and the store manager in the office.

"Oh, you poor thing!" The manager said to Danny as Eve replaced the chastiser on his penis and then pulled his underwear back into place, "It's awful when Enforcers do that sort of thing."

"Well done though Danny." Virginia said, "Mother will be very proud of you that you complied and behaved yourself like a good and obedient boy."

"Would any of you like a cup of tea or coffee or something?" The manager asked.

"No thanks Sister, that's quite alright. We'd best be on our way." Eve replied politely.

"May I have a glass of water please, Mistress?" Danny asked meekly.

"Of course!" The manager said and she stepped across to a water cooler in the corner of the room and dispensed a cupful of water.

"Thank you, Mistress." Danny said politely as he took the cup from her and drank down the cooling water in one gulp.

The twins and Danny left the store and went back out into the mall.

"What was that all for?" Danny asked, still confused as to why he had had to be put through such a degrading experience.

"The Enforcers have a duty to ensure that the rules and regulations that govern males are complied with." Eve explained, "They make sure that women who own males are properly looking after them and maintaining a safe level of discipline. They also make sure that males obey the law such as not being allowed to drink alcohol and obeying the curfew."

"And one of the things they do is to randomly stop males and subject them to examinations to make sure that they are healthy and that they are being treated properly. And they also make sure you are still immune from the Andrasta plague."

"Still immune?" Danny asked.

"It's very, very rare but sometimes a male's body rejects the vaccine." Eve explained, "But it's a slow process and it can be picked up and treated before it becomes fatal."

"Is this sort of thing going to happen to me often?" Danny asked.

"Well, most likely once every couple of years." Virginia said, "The examination you just went through has been recorded on a central database. In a couple of year's time you will be due another one and it will be flagged up on the system. The Enforcers won't be looking for you or anything like that, but when your path crosses with an Enforcer and you are overdue to be examined, it will show up on their scanner. Once they apprehend you they will take you to one side somewhere private and perform an examination on you just like the one you've just had. It is vital Danny, that you MUST comply."

"But what if I'm out on my own and I get stopped by them?" Danny asked, "I mean, if I'm inside this contraption I can't release myself from it and presumably, neither can they."

"All they'll do in that instance is to give you an appointment to present yourself at their central office for an examination." Virginia said, "One of us will have to come along with you, that's all."

"And what happens if I don't show up?" Danny asked.

"Well it's simple." Eve said, a hint of warning to her voice, "As your registered owner, Mother would be arrested."

"And so would you." Virginia added gravely, "They could send you off to Goddess knows where and we'd be lucky if we ever saw you again."

"That is why it is important that you ALWAYS do as you are told by us, and especially by the Enforcers." Eve said, "Right Danny?"

"Yes, Mistress Eve." Danny replied, "I promise I will always obey my mistresses."

They took Danny to a quiet café away from the busy shopping area to calm him down and allow himself to gather his thoughts in peace following his embarrassing ordeal. This world of contradictions still had the power to confuse him greatly - he was a second-class citizen and a member of an oppressed gender that was routinely subjected to humiliation and strict discipline. But at the same time he was loved and cared for and treated like some kind of prized possession. The women of this world treated males with both contempt and consideration, willing to work long hours and to put themselves at risk in order to provide for them.

A message bleeped on Virginia's palmscreen to inform her that the lasersculpt was ready for her to collect and so the three of them went back to pick it up. Virginia seemed overjoyed by the quality of the image of Danny as an Ancient Greek discus thrower and paid the full cost of the sculpture there and then despite being offered credit.
