While he talked she had walked over to the settee and sat down to listen to him, "So what now? Do you come back or do we both become 'dead'?"

"I know who the mole in my organization is. I am going back to take over -- it is just who I am. Laysea, I know that Ty and especially Jared said some really nasty things to you but they were under my direct orders. As much as I wanted to protect you, if Aaron thought that it was fake he would have made sure you left the penthouse in a bag." He walked over to where she sat and sat beside her. "Laysea are you going to be able to forgive me for making you go through this?"

She put her chin in her hands and looked off in the room, "Probably, but it will have cost you -- I am pretty sure that anyone who walks around with 'princess' written on her ass has no idea how to decorate."

He gave her his killer smile again, "I will give you a couple of new credit cards. Nothing on either one of them and I am sure that if you need more you will not hesitate to let me know it."

"One more thing Jason, if you ever pull a stunt like this again, I will kill you myself! I think by torture...yeah I will start with your little toes then move...up." She continued to plot his torture as she got up and headed to the bathroom.

Jason leaned back with a sigh of relief; he had not lost her as he had feared. His world was righting itself.
