Martin said, "Give me a week and I'll have a complete package ready for your review. I'd suggest that I meet with all nine of you to explain the agreement and its implications. I know that it may be hard for that many of you to get together on a business day, so I'll gladly come in on a Saturday or meet with you in the evening or after work, although I'd plan on spending a couple of hours going over the agreement and things like valuation formulas. If you like the agreement after I prepare it, we can sign it, and my secretary can notarize everything too."
