31 And the firstborn said unto the younger, Our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to come in unto us after the manner of all the earth:
32 Come, let us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father. 33 And they made their father drink wine that night: and the firstborn went in, and lay with her father; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose. 34 And it came to pass on the morrow, that the firstborn said unto the younger, Behold, I lay yesternight with my father: let us make him drink wine this night also; and go thou in, and lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father. 35 And they made their father drink wine that night also: and the younger arose, and lay with him; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose.
36 Thus were both the daughters of Lot with child by their father. 37 And the firstborn bore a son, and called his name Moab: the same is the father of the Moabites unto this day.38 And the younger, she also bore a son, and called his name Benammi: the same is the father of the children of Ammon unto this day.
Afterword: The Bible does not often given a graphic depiction of sex, yet this is what I have endeavored to do. In this, I hope artistic license does not seem like a cop-out. That said, I have attempted to put nothing in these stories that is contrary to the Bible. I am at points "reading between the lines" and making wild if reasoned conjectures as a tool to tell an interesting story and imagine complete characters with motivations understood by the reader.
However I feel compelled to offer a few justifications. I have used words like Daddy or cock in the story sparingly when necessary as I feel their Hebrew translations would disrupt the flow and confuse the reader. While the Bible does say each of the daughters only enters the cave when they are lying with their father separately, it does not preclude the other daughter entering as well. To me, it does not seem absurd that a young woman would not wish to wait outside a cave, alone on a mountain in the middle of the night, nor too farfetched that each might passively participate in each other's incest to help condone the sin.
As clearly there would have been evidence of this deed, the younger's clothes serve to conceal the crime, and give Lot the opportunity to lie about Zoar. It is uncertain that he did ever lie about Zoar, though according to the Bible it is clear each family must have seen the city after the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. Given this, It seems unlikely either woman would have truly believed Lot the last man on Earth without other motivations. In characterizing each, I chose to give the daughters motivations which act as an explanation for the act, the distance between their sons, and the historical violence between their two tribes.
As always please put your own thoughts and interpretations below, and thank you for reading!

well done
much is made of the events that led to this, but then, only a few verses treat a story with a good bit of depth to it... enjoyed reading it and look forward to your other stories.
very original
loved this...very original ..great job
Not a repost
It's original, I've only been doing this a few weeks. There is another author, Church_Lady59, for those looking for more about the Bible, but we are different people with very different works.
This is a re-post, right?
Because I'm sure I've read this here a couple years ago. Kindly elucidate.
