Chapter 15 "The Rescue"

The cells in the basement weren't burnt and perfect for his brain washing facility, although he would expand the basement to include more cells and a large indoctrination area. He just had to stay under the radar until the move. He was confident he could do that with Samantha being his mole inside the FBI.
