"What are you hiding?" Ella asked, to no one in particular. But of course, she is never alone. Adrian and Aqurico who had stayed back to watch her unveil her own revelation, quivered with fear.
"I do not know where this is heading to brother… She is the protected one, we her guardians. She will bring no harm to us by finding out all these… but I fear brother that her knowledge might not remain safely for herself. I fear brother…" Adrian whispered. Mélas, his black stallion gave a low cry of fear as his rider spoke.
Aqurico could only look at Adrian and smile weakly. His horse, Purrós remained silent.
"Perhaps it is time we find Abben and Aurora to discuss all this," he replied.
