Enjoyed it

Nicely paced. A good example of less is more. I agree that it's very implausible that the g/f wouldn't have noticed but I'm willing to suspend disbelief.

Very short but Intense !

More character background on principals involved in story would be my sole suggestion . Very curious as to what first dialogue between housemate & narrator would sound like post - under the table manual tryst !
