Frank looked up at his killer. He vaguely recognized him as someone he used to know.
Bill took careful aim at Frank's temple. He looked into the zombie's dried eyes but saw nothing of the man he had once known. The man he had hated ever since he took Pam away from him.
"Sorry about this, buddy," he said drily, and pulled the trigger.
The blackness swelled swiftly and engulfed the last zombie.
