The Little Boy at the Grocery Store Ch. 04

Dinner was wonderful as James and Jill talked about their activities other than work, and both were relieved to learn they had many similar interests. They liked most sports, but when James admitted he played Fast Pitch Softball in the spring, offered Jill a chance to say she lettered in three years in girls high school softball. Neither had ever cruised, but both would be interested to try it at least one time. They weren't golfers, but they loved other outdoor sports like hiking and fishing. Generally, James attended at least one Penn State Football game and watched the Steelers on TV when he could.

Before the three of them shared the last piece of pizza, it was obvious that they had many interests in common that they needed to pursue together. James said he believe Jon was old enough to participate in many activities, and the next time Penn State played near Winston-Salem he'd take them all to the game. He said they usually had at least one game in the South against Kentucky, Duke, NC, Vanderbilt, or a Florida team.

Jill felt relieved to think they could travel together to visit some recreational sites and take Jon along for his education. She kept thinking that one day she would like to cruise the Mediterranean Sea to visit Naples, Athens, Barcelona, and maybe even Jerusalem if the Middle East ever settled down again, but she knew James didn't have enough vacation at this point.

When dinner was finished they stopped at a little ice cream parlor and had desert before James dropped Jill and Jon off at their apartment. Jill was somewhat surprised James didn't want to come in, but he admitted he was behind on some university work projects and needed time to catch up.

He told Jon he wouldn't be able to play with him for a day or two, but he would see him soon and left for home, and Jill couldn't help wonder if something was wrong. The issue was truly work related as James needed to be at the university for several meetings over the following three days, and there was no way he would be available to play with his little friend in the sandbox.

James also needed time to think about his relationship with Jill and where it was headed. He was certain he wasn't ready to take on some of the responsibilities he saw on the horizon with Jill and Jon, and he needed a few days to decide whether to terminate the situation, now rather than later, when feelings would be more difficult to heal.

It was two evenings later before James called Jill and asked her if she would get a sitter for Jon and go out for dinner on Saturday evening. She was concerned what the change was that kept him away for two full days already and it was only Thursday. He did say he was very busy at work, but he thought he would be caught up by Saturday.

Jill knew something was up, and it probably wasn't what she hoped, but she agreed to have a sitter on Saturday after he said he wanted to take her to Le Petite Grill. She had heard of this exquisite little restaurant atop a large bank building, but she never dined there because of the high prices. She knew she would need to dress appropriately, but she had three or four evening dresses she hadn't worn since nursing school.

In some ways, Jill was excited, but in other ways she was concerned that James may be taking her someplace where he could let her down easily. She figured if he was upset or just wanted to ditch her, he would have telephoned and left a message when she was at the park with Jon. Perhaps it was more than getting dumped, but she knew she needed to wait patiently for two more days before having the answers to her many questions.

Jon was asking about James and when he would meet him at the sandbox and be coming to stay again, and Jill wasn't sure how to respond to his continuing questions. She didn't want to tell him something that could be untrue and break his little heart.

Saturday, James picked Jill up at 7pm and immediately noticed her exquisite outfit, which displayed a beautiful woman hidden under a black satin low cut evening dress. She wore black heels with a pearl necklace that touched her breasts, which were so attractive as they revealed much of her bosom. He could see Jill had her hair done differently as it was braided and pinned on top of her head with a pearl clip. Matching earrings and a bracelet of pearls complimented the look of a model ready to step onto a runway in Paris.

James even noticed the new perfume, which Jill dabbed behind her ears and on the exposed breasts displayed above her dress. She was totally outfitted in black and white and looked ravishing for James, while he wore a navy blue suit with a white shirt with navy cuff links, a red and blue striped power tie, and his favorite gold watch on his left hand with a thick gold chain wrist bracelet on his right arm. He had a fresh haircut with a slightly different style that showed the part in a higher location.

James didn't realize the time involved for Jill to decide on her attire that day or the preparation involved to look perfect when James arrived. Entering the classy restaurant was inspiring, as Jason noticed the heads turning as they entered. Not only were the men ogling Jill and admiring her succulent figure, the women were washing James' physique with their roaming eyes as they searched his body from head to toe.

The maître de was happy he decided to work that evening, for it was a rare occasion when he had the opportunity to seat such a beautiful woman. He wasn't quite so interested in the man, but he noticed all the women gazing as he led them past their tables. James had dined there before, but it was a rare occasion that brought him there, and it was always with an attractive woman.

Their dinner was spectacular as they both chose the special crusted red snapper with a small incredibly tasty tender filet mignon. Before dinner they shared a bottle of wine, but it was only after dinner was complete and the crème brulee served that James explained his concerns about their relationship. James was good at gently speaking his innermost thoughts as Jill listened attentively. She didn't interrupt him but she knew he was leading up to a climax she probably wouldn't like at all.

He told Jill how much he enjoyed spending time with Jon and how he believed their times together were wonderful, but she knew there was a but coming. James even softly said the sex they had together was by far the best he ever had and he realized he would never have a relationship like that with another. That made her feel pretty good, and she could easily have echoed the same feelings, but she continued to concentrate on his words and the sensitivity of his deliverance before she opened her mouth.

It was a long time coming, and James was uncomfortable as he arrived at his conclusion, "Jill I love being with you and Jon, but I'm not willing to give you what you deserve right now. You deserve a man that wants to be married, and although I can't even think of anyone I would rather be with, I am unwilling to commit to always do what is best for you and Jon."

"I believe what is best for me is difficult to ask. I would like to find a small place that is a little larger than either of our apartments where we could live together for a few months or maybe a year to be sure this sensuous feeling is love. It must be something that will last longer than a few weeks and then disappear into the night as the moon recedes from view behind a dark cloud. Jill, will you and Jon move in with me when I find a place where we can have more space, and I can have a quiet office with enough privacy to program and make telephone calls?

Jill was thrilled that she wasn't going to get dumped, and she already knew that if they ever lived together they'd need more space. She realized she was already in love with James, and she would do anything he ever asked as long as she didn't need to give-up her nephew. She considered Jon the same as she would her own children if she was ever fortunate enough to start a family of her own.

Jill new she needed to respond, but she wanted to respond showing a sense of humor. "James," she said, "Before I answer that question, Will you sleep with me every night? I want to know you aren't a one-time wonder!"

Her eyes gave Jill away as a small smile formed her lips, as she licked them with her tongue. She couldn't contain her excitement and reached under the table to rub his long leg as she asked if he was recovered enough to have a sleepover so she could be sure.

James was ready for a night of joy after three days of hard work sitting at his computer designing a sophisticated program for early admissions for Wake Forest University. He was anxious to find a place they both loved, but he was more anxious to show her his manliness and staying power so she could give him a final answer. James was already sporting an erection under the table and decided they better wait a few moments until he would be more presentable when he stood to leave the restaurant.

As James drove towards Jill's apartment she reached across the seat and unzipped his fly, and as she gripped his expanded cock she gently rubbed it saying, "You're going to have a sensational time tonight Big Fellow, and if you do your job well, you will have an abundance of marvelous times exploring my secret places in the future.

A typical bout of uncertainty handled well by both

The early stages of a relationship can be difficult, especially for the insecure. That Jill was anxious is to be expected and it was easy to feel her relief as the dinner continued.

How is Jerry connectedmore...
