As Captain McGrath was getting up from the table, I asked, "What time will we be landing in Frankfurt?"

I'll need to know where you want to travel to while we're in Germany so I can have the company set up the same services at the other airports."

I asked, "When we arrive, will all of us be ready to go to the hotel at the same time? I'm going to have Beth call the hotel and have them get some of their shuttle vehicles to the airport waiting for us to clear Customs."

Captain McGrath replied, "When we get to the airport, everything has been taken care of so we can leave the plane together. You can give the hotel a total headcount for all of us."

Beth said, "I'll take care of that."

Captain McGrath left, and everyone resumed talking. We finished dinner. I stood up and said, "May I have your attention please."

Everyone quieted down, and I said, "While we are in Germany, my family and friends are going to be touring various places while Beth and I are in meetings. Fourth, I realize the bedrooms and showers are on the second floor so I am going to leave it up to Linda to decide how to assign the duties of cleaning or servicing those facilities. Of course, when it's meal time, you will still be working together. I want you to remember, when this room isn't full during meal time, I expect you to eat your meals in here with me. Does anyone have any questions?"

Frosty asked, "Dan, you said we can wear our regular clothes when we are on this flight, does that offer still stand even though you've assigned us to a lounge?"

I looked around the room and said, "Yes, of course. When I tell you something, I mean it. Again, there will be other times when you will be able to wear regular clothes and not uniforms, but I will set the rules for those on a case-by-case basis. It will all depend on who is flying with me. All I can say is, keep a spare set of clothes here in the plane so you don't have to pull something out of your suit case."

Kim spoke up saying, "Janet you can always buy a bikini in one of the stores while we're in Germany and wear it on the way home. I think you'd look lovely in a bikini."

Just as I got up to leave, the co-pilot and navigator came into the room, and Janet stood up and said, "Sit down. We'll get your dinner for you."

Ted looked at me and asked, "Do you think it would be alright with Captain McGrath if I go up to the flight deck and look around while they eat their dinner?"
