Click here"Lana wake up. Please wake up. Please tell me you're just sleeping." I pleaded, sobbing continuously.
Leaning down over her body, I looked with her with longing teary eyes.
" I've loved you my entire life. From the moment I laid eyes on you I knew that you were the one I'd been searching for and all of this time…. I've kept it deep inside of me." I whispered, ruffling her hair with my fingertips.
"Why'd you have to take her from me? Why her? Why not me?" I yelled bitterly, looking up with hateful eyes. Sliding down onto the floor, I lay beside her, salty tears filling my eyes once again as I began to weep bitterly. I cried myself to sleep that night huddled close to her lifeless body.
The next morning I awoke to find a notebook clenched tightly in Lana's arms. Curious to what it could be, I took hold of it, running my hand against its worn cover. I opened it slowly. Inside it was a mix of beautiful sketch drawings of flowers and other random objects. As I flipped thorough it's pages I stumbled upon a crinkled page that had writing on it. It read:
James, My Only One
He was there for me from the start.
He never broke my heart.
If only I could tell him how much I care.
But inside the words just aren't there.
So inside this tree house I will store my heart…
It was a great story filled with love. I feel like it showed what true love was like in a way. I am glad you shared it with everyone. ^.^
Well, what a sweet, sweet story, some may it is sentimental, I don't, just I loved it , maybe I'm a romantic?
