"It's time to take off the necklace." Her hand flew to the pendant stone.
"I-I don't want to."
"Honey, if you want to put it on again and play, you can. But it is very important that you take it off, be just you. Last night you pleased me greatly; I feel very, very close you right now. You know that sexuality is very important for me, it is my language of love. But it is not the only language we speak, it is not the beginning and end of our marriage. Take it off honey."
She did. What else could she do? Fear laced her thoughts though as she undid the clasp and slipped it off.
Well. Embarrassment, but not so terrible. She blushed, but still met his gaze in the mirror. "How do you feel?" How did she feel? She understood him better she thought now, felt what he meant about being close to her with physical intimacy. She felt an emotional intimacy as well from their free exchange. Still,
"I don't want to talk about it. I feel embarrassed." He nodded, and kissed her cheek.
"But I want to wear it again sometime."
