She wiped under her eyes and hugged Trevir, as well, and kissed his cheek. "I will keep him safe." She said to the lad who smiled and nodded.
The couple walked down the lane, following the path of the army. They held hands as they walked on the road and carried their bows slung over their shoulders. Trevir noted that they walked very slowly, as if not really wanting to go, but they went anyway, and soon they had followed the column of soldiers around the bend and were lost from sight to the lad.

Very nice chapter.
I disagree with the comment of SplitAces, love and sex can be separate things.
While these are made forcings, to the human level, for convenience of a part of the society.
So force this concepts, already forced to the human level, even to non-human level, I find it doubly wrong.more...
