Without disturbing them, Lisa and I grabbed our clothes and got dressed, then slipped out of Trinh's room and down the hallway to Lisa's. Shedding our clothes once again, we curled up together in Lisa's bed, with me spooned in behind her. Turning her head to lock her eyes with mine once again, she whispered two words and then drifted off to sleep. They were "Soul mate."
