"How? How am I gonna tell them that the father they love and idolize is nothing but a dropout weak-blood who doesn't care about them as much as they think he does?"
"I don't know, but you've got to find a way to tell them. Listen, as always, I keep telling that your problem is-" That was all Sabrina got as the two girls left the bathroom, leaving behind the quiet atmosphere that Sabrina had been praying for.
Unfortunately, Sabrina couldn't pick up where she left off that easily. Instead, she had to calm her sobbing body first, which wanted to cry even more after the two girls left, with Sabrina jealous of their position, regardless of how 'bad' it sounded. Instead, she had to first allow herself a good silent cry for a few seconds before she took deep breaths and calmed herself enough to continue.
That was when the next problem came to mind. She was running out of time, and now she had to try and rush herself.
Suppressing her desire to cry even further, and to force herself back to her much needed mission, she decided to go all out as best as she could, and drowned herself in the memory of that man's face.
Sabrina closed her eyes as she brought up that recent memory from the fold, imagining what it would be like to hear that deep voice whisper seductively in her ear, telling her how beautiful she was, how he would do anything for her. He would patiently wait for her, treat her with kind and gentleness, and she would stare into that beautiful face as he made love to her.
With that at the forefront of her mind, Sabrina was able to give herself the quick release she had needed, and once she pulled herself together, rushed out of the bathroom as fast as she could to return to her seat. Thankfully, she had discovered that the food had not arrived yet, so she hadn't take that much time, and would have time to work on her current owner before the food arrived.
Aegis knew as he emerged from the bathroom that he had probably lost his chance at catching the girl, and Aegis didn't want to even dare try spying on her table again. Yet, his legs, once again of their own accord, seemed determined to follow her with or without Aegis' consent.
A distinct and familiar voice, however, snapped his train of thought and stopped his legs.
"What!? That is fucking bullshit! How the fuck did that not go in!? I can fucking blow on it and it'll go in! Such fucking bullshit!" It was Angelus, complaining.
Aegis followed the voice, and soon enough spotted Angelus.
Angelus' face was twitching in barely checked fury as he stared down at the pool table in front of him as another man was lining up for a shot on the cue ball. He appeared to be aiming for a striped ball, Aegis noticed as he approached. If that's what they were playing, Angelus was losing badly because there were only two stripes and five solids, including the one that Angelus was most likely complaining about that was a sitting in a corner threatening to go in.
"You playing stripes and solids?" Aegis asked as he approached Angelus.
"This is fucking stupid, I don't understand why everybody is so much better than me at this game. Everywhere I fucking go, I can't beat anyone, and I play all the fucking time!" Angelus pouted.
"I might be able to answer that. One, you only play when you're drunk, that doesn't count as 'all the time'. Two, I've seen you play, and your two most obvious problems are judgment and control. Your ability to judge angles seems to be off and you either strike too hard or two little. And lastly, it would help if you actually learn something from the games you play, rather than just randomly play them like you do and hope you get better each time. Most things like that in life require effort, they're not things that happen overnight."
"By Osirus you are never allowed to drink again. That was way too much lecture, you lost me about halfway." Angelus replied as the man made his shot, which ended up sinking the striped ball he was aiming for, to Angelus' frustration.
"Fuck." Angelus breathed through his teeth as the man observed the table for his next shot. There was one problem though, and that was there was effectively a wall between the cue ball and the final stripped ball that he needed to hit. The man observed the table for several moments, as did Aegis.
The cue ball was up at the top corner of the table, and there was one solid ball further down that was near the wall. The 'corner ball' that Angelus was bitching about was just on the other side of the cue ball, still threatening to fall into the corner pocket. The stripped ball was all the way at the other end of the table, with a solid blocking it's path into the corner pocket. Right next to it was another solid ball blocking the path to the pocket across the way, and lastly, the eight ball that was in the center of the table.
The man sighed and finally relented, aiming the cue ball down in the direction of his stripped ball. Aegis wondered for a moment why he would choose that, then realized that he was most likely simply aiming to move his stripped ball to a favorable pocket, like the ones on the side which are unblocked.
The man took the shot, but ended up missing his target, instead hitting the second solid ball that had been in his path, the one blocking his ball from the pocket, where it bounced off the wall three times then stopped, now further away from the pocket than where it was before.
Angelus sighed. "Fucking bullshit." He said as he stood.
"In any case, I wish you good night. I'm leaving." Aegis said, and Angelus turned to him.
"Why?"
"The day was more exhausting than I thought, so I'm gonna go home and lay down."
Angelus shook his head and sighed. "Wuss."
"Let Azreal know I left when you see him."
"Sure." Angelus said with a wave as he moved to the pool table.
Aegis turned and made his way to the exit, and walked out into freedom. At least, that's what he thought.
The girl was just outside the door smoking a cigarette, and their eyes met once more.
Those blue eyes...
Sabrina continued to suck away at her companion gently and even lovingly, confirming what her true reality is.
This was her purpose in life. A slave, slave to those who have absolute power over her, a slave to those who didn't give a damn about her or her feelings at all. The man continued to merciless pound his fingers into her, determined to work her up nice and good for his own use later on in the night.
However, Sabrina had one small victory that these animals had not noticed. She had gotten a small bit of relief in the bathroom, thanks mostly to the Creator-like face that she had witnessed earlier. Because of that, she was more moist, and now the fingers were no longer causing as much discomfort.
Unfortunately, it still didn't change the fact that the fingers were very unwanted guests that Sabrina wished that she could rid herself of. But the real world was the real world, and this was her real world.
"Hey, is that our food?" She heard from above the table.
"Really? Nah, I don't think so, hmm, that does look like the grilled chicken I was getting."
"Yeah, and that's my lasagna next to it."
"Yeah, it's ours. She's bringing it over now."
Sabrina hoped beyond hope that these people wouldn't feel obliged to show her off to whoever the person coming over was, humiliating Sabrina even further. Unfortunately, that was probably too much of a stretch to ask for.
"Okay, let's see....lasagna?" It was a girl, Sabrina heard. A younger girl, perhaps around Sabrina's age, seventeen. She sounded a bit on the chirpy side, or rather, sounded like a normal teenage girl, something Sabrina wished she could sound like.
"Here."
"Okay...grilled chicken well done with carrots and potatoes?"
"Here."
"Okay...the kid's meal spaghetti?"
"...who got that?"
"That's the girl, she's kind of busy at the moment, as you can see."
That fucking asshole!
"Oh..." The girl said, now uncomfortable, and Sabrina could feel the eyes on her.
"Hey honey, if I give you a couple hundred of money, will you do the same thing for me?"
"Um-s-sorry. B-but, I'm not allowed to-"
"Zac, don't give the girls a hard time man. We like Chester, and he makes good food. Don't go starting shit. I'm sorry, just ignore him, he's an asshole."
"Oh, okay. Umm...oh, uh, and lastly the uh, oh geez-"
"The sweet meatballs?"
"Y-yeah, the sweet meatballs, sorry."
"Seriously Buster, why the hell did you go and show off the girl like that for? Now you've made this poor girl uncomfortable."
Animals, Sabrina thought to herself. They cared more about the waitress's feelings more than her own health. It wasn't the other girl's fault though, at least Sabrina could acknowledge that much. These men were just animals, and nothing more. Unfortunately, these were animals that she had to serve and please, just as she was doing this very moment.
"I'm sorry, we won't cause you any more trouble, I promise. Here, take some money, put it in your pocket, and forget about this conversation."
"Oh, um, I couldn't-"
"No no, I insist. What we did was rude, and we do like Chester and don't want to mess with him or his business. So here, just take this, and forget about what you just talked about and saw, okay? We won't give you any more trouble, I promise."
"Umm...okay." The girl conceded, the discomfort still in her voice.
A few moments went by before one of them spoke.
"She's a cute girl, reminds me of my own daughter. Well, at least what she'll turn into a few years from now. At the same time though, it scares me. She'll be beautiful, and because of that, I'm going to have to fend off all of the little pricks out there trying to even go near her. I refuse to have some little prick taint and hurt my daughter."
Sabrina wanted to spit in disgust, and did so in her mind, even as she continued to suck away faithfully.
"Hey, girl. I'm having a hard time trying to eat with you down there. You can go ahead and finish up now, then you can start eating too. Eat well, because I've got quite a list of things I'd like to do tonight, and you need to make sure that you're well enough to be able to handle it." Sabrina heard from above her.
"You shouldn't have a problem there. I gave her a lot, and she still came back for more. At least for me she did."
"You hear that? You'd better not disappoint when the time comes, now hurry up. I'd like to eat my food before it gets cold."
Sabrina didn't really care about what exactly they were saying. She only caught the important news. One, she had to finish up with what she was doing, and then she could possibly get a break from them. With that, Sabrina went all out on the tool currently in her mouth, determined to finish this as quickly as she could so she could hopefully get away.
On the bright side, Sabrina's expertise in this department was very high, so high it was almost shameful. She knew how to work most men, who weren't that complicated and very straight forward in general, and as she discovered, this one was no different. She had felt through her mouth when the explosion was imminent, and was prepared for the hands that pushed her head down along with the final thrust into her mouth moments before he began pouring all of his seed deep into her throat.
Thankfully, as she thought, it was going to take more than even what he was giving her right now to choke her. Though at the same time, she desperately wanted to take the seed he was dumping into her throat, and spit it right back in his face and force him to taste himself. But that too, was a far away dream.
Once he was finished giving Sabrina everything he had, with Sabrina being forced to swallow every drop, only then did his hands release her head and he relaxed. But Sabrina wasn't completely stupid. She had to keep going until he said that she was done.
"Okay, that's enough. Make sure you make yourself presentable when you sit up. We don't need you looking like the whore you are while in public like this."
And yet you had no problem showing me off to that girl, Sabrina's mind protested with venom. "Yes sir." Was what she actually answered with.
"Umm, sir? May I please be excused for a cigarette?" Sabrina asked in a light and pleading tone.
"Yeah, sure. But, if you don't come back and eat in time by the time we're finished eating, we are not going to wait for you, so make it quick."
"Yes sir, thank you sir." Sabrina responded enthusiastically. As she had hoped for, she was able to get away from them, even if it was just a few moments.
That was why she had started smoking in the first place, because of the small freedom it offers because among Magi, while smoking was acceptable, smoking inside public buildings were not, since most, even among the smokers, did not like the smell of smoke. In essence, this gave Sabrina the ability to be able to slink away for a few minutes like she did when she had gone to the bathroom.
This time, more aware of the people around her, was able to push past the tight crowds without bumping into anyone this time, and though part of her was hoping she would bump into that handsome being again, a stronger part of her was hoping he would not, and the face and voice would just fade into memory rather than stand before her, knowing she could not reach, touch, or even associate with such a beautiful man.
Never again would she put anyone through that.
As Sabrina stepped outside, she thanked everything that she could in the fact that no one else was out here, not even sleepers yet, and that she was going to be able to smoke alone. That was the absolute best that Sabrina could hope for, to be able to smoke alone, by herself, without some animal leering over her shoulder.
She had been quietly enjoying the first few puffs of her cigarette alone when she heard the door open behind her. Slightly curious, she turned towards the door and saw...him.
Sabrina blinked in surprise a few times before recovering herself while at the same time hiding her shame. Just a few minutes ago, she had perversely used the image of this very man to satisfy her own desires. "Oh, hey. Listen, I'm really sorry about bumping into you earlier. My mind was all over the place and I wasn't paying attention to where I was going." Sabrina said, somehow keeping her voice even despite staring into the face of a Creator with long black hair, which was amazing, even better than her own. But...his stare...those green eyes seemed so powerful, so powerful that it was somewhat creepy and unnerving.
"No problem. It's a crowded place, and with all of the activity going on, it's difficult to keep track of everything around you."
He even had the voice of a Creator. A deep, calm, and very, very manly and powerful voice. Powerful enough that Sabrina felt her legs weaken.
"So, are you coming out here for a smoke?" Sabrina asked before she could stop herself, taking a smoke from her currently lit cigarette. To make it even worse, she had heard the small bit of hope in her voice. No, she couldn't do that to him. The last man she tried to approach on her own...no one deserved to go through what Tristan had done to him. Nor did she want to suffer her own punishment at the hands of Tristan again.
Thankfully, the gorgeous man shook his head. "I don't smoke." He said, his eyes returning to gaze at her. That gaze of his, the way he was staring at her...no, it didn't feel like that. No, it felt more like that he was seeing right through her, reading her like an open book, determined to learn everything that there was to know.
Sabrina wasn't sure whether to feel flattered, or intimidated. At the moment, intimidation was winning out. Just who was this insanely handsome guy? In fact, now that Sabrina thought about it, there was no way this guy was single. A shit ton of women were probably lined up for a chance at this guy, Sabrina figured.
Sabrina herself would most certainly wait in such a line if she could.
"It's okay. It was kind of rude of me to ask anyway. How was I supposed to know whether or not you smoke?"
The man shrugged. "It's not rude at all, and the only way you could learn whether or not I smoke is by asking, which you did."
Sabrina give the man a strange look. That was an odd response...and now thinking it over a little, made sense. Unfortunately, Sabrina realized she was almost out of time as she went to smoke her cigarette, finding it almost completely out. Perfect, it was just the escape she needed. Otherwise, if the two of them even started to associate...
"Sorry, I gotta head back inside anyway. Anyway, nice talking to you, and again, sorry about bumping into you." Sabrina said as she dropped her cigarette, stepped on it, and just about rushed back inside before he could catch her in his powerful gaze and voice.
It was sad and ironic, Sabrina noticed as she returned to the table, and thankfully, no one was really paying any attention to her as she sad down. What just happened now was the ultimate pinnacle of her life. A few moments in dream land, talking to a handsome man, who seemed nice (if not, a little creepy), and Sabrina feeling a little better after her conversation with him, only to return to her reality, a reality which no one cared about her, where no one even looked at her the way he did. Unlike everyone else, he seemed...interested in who she was, and not interested at the physical pleasure her body could offer him.
"Oh, hey, it's you, sorry about bumping into you earlier. I kind of zone out often and not really notice where I'm going." He thought he heard in the distance, but...
Aegis could gaze into those blue eyes for an eternity. However, now wasn't the time or the place, and he snapped himself back to reality, all while maintaining a straight face. "No problem. It's difficult to avoid bumping into others in such a crowd."
"You coming out here for a smoke?" She asked, the slightest edge of hope in her voice.
Aegis shook his head. "I don't smoke."
"It's okay. It was kind of rude of me to ask anyway. How was I supposed to know whether or not you smoke?"
Aegis merely shrugged. "It's not rude at all, and the only way you could learn whether or not I smoke is by asking, which you did."
"Sorry, I gotta head back inside anyway. Anyway, nice talking to you, and again, sorry about bumping into you." The girl said as she dropped her cigarette, stepped on it, and rushed back inside.
Aegis' eyes narrowed on the now closed door which led back inside, curious on why she both wanted to talk to him, and yet, seemed afraid of doing so. And no, it didn't seem to be the typical fear that girls have when trying to talk to him. No, the impression he got was that it was a very real and very powerful fear, one that she was well practiced in hiding, but something she could not completely hide from the power of Aegis' observation skills.
This bothered him even further. Was she stuck in a life with no lovers, friends, or even associates of any kind? It wasn't (fair), being subjected to such a life.
Aegis shook his head hard. He needed to get away, quickly, before he made a decision which he might regret for the rest of his life. A life that mostly likely, would be a rather short one. Aegis did not need to get himself involved with things that he did not completely understand, since that alone would certainly invite disaster.
As Aegis walked home, he found that the girl continued to plague his mind like an unwanted curse. One that he could not rid of himself. Not even his dreams would allow him to be rid of the girl, whose suffering that Aegis had witness replayed in his dreams, with him in place of the girl.
