As the months flew by and we all got back into our routines of gathering information on how to better serve our clients, and making sure we met our monthly quotas, the process of turning over the bad apples began, and bringing in fresh faces started.

When we heard we only had one day, there was a collective gasp in the room, and I knew I would have no time to make choices or decisions about getting business cards out into the audience, as I have done on other trips, but I wasn't sure about what my options would be, so since we had a couple of weeks, I decided to take a couple of days to think about this, and to see how things would go.
