The tears flowed down her face and her shoulders slumped. She wanted to say more. She didn't want to be quiet and be kept in the dark when everyone could talk so freely in the light. But her mouth wouldn't let her. With leaden feet, she made her way towards the trash bags and loaded them inside her car. She could feel every eye in this suburbia of hell fall upon her. Judging and scorching through her. Predators lived here. The Prey don't have a chance of survival. She may have been born here, but she was prey.
She got in her car and wiped her eyes. There was only one place she could go.
