Traipse Ch. 03

She giggled, "Yeah, you're a dirty boy, no better than me. But seriously, I don't want our relationship to be one sided. I realize I'm doomed to be higher maintenance than you, but that doesn't mean its okay for me to take advantage of you."

I lowered her gently down and held her, "I know this all happened so fast, but I wouldn't trade anything for you, Star. I know it won't be easy, making us work I mean, but I'm willing to put the work in. I don't see your condition as something to be taken lightly, I understand that sometimes you really can't control yourself, and in that sense I feel like I have a responsibility to take care of you. I will never see you as a burden. You've supported me emotionally, which is something I've never had. I never had anyone to talk to, tell my fears and hopes to; everyone basically expected me to be perfect, so that's why I acted perfect. We're helping each other, I don't see it as one sided at all."

She smiled sadly and nodded, "I just... when I make love to you, I want it to be because I want to, not because I'm feeding on you like some vampire. I want to make you happy and give you just as much pleasure as you give me, I don't want to turn into a selfish monster."

I grinned, "I think you're giving me about as much pleasure as I can stand, so don't worry about that. Notwithstanding, I'm starting to discover that I'm just as much a monster as you are. When we get enough money, I'm going to take you to a specialist. No more drugs, promise me Star."

Starway pushed her face into my chest, "I promise. We'll find a way to beat this together."

I lifted her head off of me and looked into her eyes again, "Now lets clean up so I can screw your brains out on that giant bed. Then we'll see what they have to eat around here."

She laughed, "That's the best plan you've come up with so far."

After a bit of passionate, (what Starway likes to call 'normal' sex) love making, Star and I went to the cafeteria to eat some breakfast, well, lunch. We spent the day apartment hunting and I sent a message to Wraith asking him to hook me up with someone who could get us some legitimate 'fake' I.D.s. Before too long, eight o clock rolled around and we made our may to Michael Kurasuma's home. We got off the transit bus and looked at the house suspiciously. It was quite nice, and surprisingly normal looking. It was two stories tall with a decidedly penthouse design, and tasteful shrubs and Japanese foliage lined a brick path to the an oak door.

Starway looked at me a little worriedly, "I know I've seen you in action, but just how confident are you? I don't want to see you get hurt."

I reassured her, "I promise I won't do anything stupid. I might get a few bruises or cuts, but broken bones aren't gonna happen, trust me, babe."

She nodded hesitantly as we walked up the path to the tasteful home. I pressed the doorbell and a moment later Michael himself opened the door.

He smiled at me knowingly and ushered us inside, "Mr. Trask and his lovely wife, please do come in and make yourselves at home."
