Jack and I stayed there for 3 more nights, mainly relaxing on the beach enjoying body surfing in the not so warm water. Somehow we couldn’t get anywhere with the college girls that were around. We didn’t really try all that hard. Mainly we hoped that Rose would return. She never did. Tony did speak to us, asking if Rose was coming over, and we lied to him about being baseball players from Nashville. When we checked out, to start the long trek home to wintry Boston, Tony told us that we were all set, that Rose had taken care of our bill! What a woman!
