"Looks like you're done," Dr. Lopez said. "I've got to close it too, otherwise you won't be able to store anything new."
This time he knew where the button was, and Alyssa felt yet another click as he pressed it.
"Perfect," he told her. "You've done well so far. This looks like a fine sample!"
"Thanks, I did my best," Alyssa joked.
"Before I go off to take care of these, we have to set up a meeting," he said. "We would like to know how your work is progressing - view it as an evaluation of sorts. Is tomorrow at noon good with you?"
"That'll work."
"Great," Dr. Lopez said, and started to walk out the room. "See you tomorrow, then. There's a back exit at the other end of the corridor if you'd like. If I were you, I'd steer clear of that guard for a while."
How could he know? Had her moans given them away? Oh well. It seemed like Dr. Lopez was happy with her work even though she had taken it on her face first. Alyssa made a mental note, and looked forward to taking even more hot facials on other people's faces. She walked out the back exit and drove home.
