I have been writing off and on since about 1995 and a little before. I have done mostly poetry but am trying my hand at writing stories. The inspiration for my poetry tends to come from my husband who is an over the road truck driver. He is the one I am normally thinking about when I start writing but it helps that I have a very active imagination and two cats and a puppy to help my imagination along. UPDATE: 10 | 24 | 11 The first part of my story is up and going and I'm looking forward to doing more writing on this story though I have been doing the writing of the story by hand first then typing it up. I hope to be able to keep the attention of my readers as I go farther in depth with the story UPDATE 12-9-11 I have not forgotten about the story am in the process of working with my editor on chapter 3 just life right now is being a royal PITA to me so it is taking me a bit longer than normal with this chapter UPDATE 1-17-12 I am working on chapter 4 now and hope everyone will like the twists and turns that I have put in there for good measure. I am in hopes to have the next chapter up soon but time will tell. UPDATE 4-16-12 My apologies for the long wait on Chapter 4 have been bouncing around trying to get an editor to help me out with it but I am in hopes that I have an editor that can help me to finish this up and then I can begin work on Chapter 5. I welcome all feedback and hints so keep'em comin UPDATE 6-25-12 Well I have Chapter 4 up and I am still working on hand writing out chapter 5 as what I originally wrote I don't like so I am in the process of redoing it to work a little bit better. I am still on the hunt for an editor but then again it seems I may have gotten a tiny bit better with my grammar or at least I hope so. I am hoping to have Chapter 5 ready for submission sometime next month as it takes me a bit being as I hand write every things first. I still welcome all comments and if you like you are welcome to Pm comments to me and I will take anything into account and under consideration. Update 6/25/13 I have not forgotten about my original story as I am still working on it as time allows me to but sadly life has other ideas for me and being out on the road has not helped me any at all. My muse for Pandora and the Baron has left me for awhile but I am working on a second chapter to my Black Unicorn Story so I am in hopes of having the second chapter up soon. I still welcome all comments as well as e-mails if anyone has suggestions Update 1|15| 2016 My apologies folks for having taken so long with the second story sadly life has thrown me some nasty curve balls in the last few years. My husband was injured and we had to go through the fight for disability but things are starting to settle so hopefully I will be able to get back to writing one again. |
