I've been Chief Engineer for a division of a Fortune 500 company, snd I guess I qualify as a "rocket scientist."
"Checkered" is what you might call my career. I've been a missionary and a bartender, a Dept. store Santa and a prizefighter, an editor of a small jazz/humor magazine and a political columnist. a prize-winning poet and a steel mill laborer.
I was happily married 64 years and fathered 4 great kids. You do a lot of things in as many years as I've had!!
