I've been reading stories on this site for several years. Finally decided to get off my big ol' butt and join so I wouldn't have to keep posting my comments under "anon" any longer. Have never written anything for "public" consumption, but I have a few ideas floating around in my head. I don't know if I'll ever feel comfortable enough to do it, but if so, the avenue is now available.
