I'm a writer by trade and a voracious reader by avocation. In my regular life I enjoy complicated, realistic stories in which not everyone lives to see the end, the good guys are sometimes more like the bad guys than is comfortable, and the impenetrable castle does get breached. Some of those tastes drift over to Literotica, and I tend to get impassioned if other reviewers don't really "get" that life doesn't always work out. So if you're here because I've just engaged in a flame war with you--I apologize. Sort of.
