10/17/2019: This evening, I posted the first chapter (of five) of "Looking for Trouble," a story of mixed-sex twins who find interesting things to do with each other. The other chapters will follow as they are ready.

07/31/2016: Some people who've commented on "Charlie and Mindy" may be wondering why I haven't responded to them. I think it's because they've turned off their option to receive anonymous feedback---at least, that's what their contact page tells me.

07/25/2016: All of "Charlie and Mindy" is now available, and has been for a while. Thanks to all commentators for their efforts. I'm currently working on a new submission, but it will be a while; I still have a lot of thinking to do about how things should work.

05/28/2016: I uploaded Chapter 1 of Book 3 today. It should appear soon. Uploads will continue, every few days, until both remaining books are posted.

04/10/2016: Upload of C&M continues apace, another chapter every few days. Next is Book 02, Chapter 02---probably on Tuesday, 4/12/2016. (IRS has plenty for me to do this week!)

03/28/2016: Book 01, Chapter 05 uploaded.

03/27/2016: Book 01, Chapter 04 submitted 03/24, but rejected because of a disagreement over what a URL is. Resubmitted 03/26, should be up in another day or two.

03/12/16: Today I began resubmitting a rewritten version of the Charlie and Mindy series by posting Chapter One of Book One. I intend to submit more chapters, one at a time, every few days--as I finish preparing the new versions. If you're impatient, see my website at www.cemagness.com

01/26/16: I submitted the two chapters of "Track Meet in Purgatory" this morning. The first chapter should be up in a few days; the second, a day later. "April's Fool" should soon go to my publisher.

12/11/15: I'm currently working on a story in the Romance category. I don't have any idea, yet, how long it will be. But with the holidays coming up soon, as well as other things around here to keep me busier than usual, I probably won't be ready to post it before some time in January 2016.

07/30/15: I submitted a new story, "April's Fool," today in the "Romance" category. It should be up early next week.

07/29/15: The "Charlie and Mindy" tetralogy is now available in a single cover from Smashwords and other book on-line sellers. Look for "The Forbidden Journey," by Charles E. Magness.

01/14/15: My story "Moans Veneris" is now available from Smashwords and from Carnal Pleasures as "Moans of Venus," by Charles E. Magness. It should appear on other sites before long.

12/20/14: Book 4, the final volume of "Charlie and Mindy," is now available from Smashwords and from Carnal Pleasures as "Now and Always," by Charles E. Magness. It will soon be listed by other booksellers.

11/29/14: Book 3 of "Charlie and Mindy" is now available from Smashwords as "Friends and Lovers," by Charles E. Magness; it will soon be listed by other booksellers. Book 4 is in the final stages of editing, and it should appear before long--probably as "Now and Always," by Charles E. Magness.

08/16/14: Book 2 of "Charlie and Mindy" has appeared on Smashwords, Carnal Pleasures, and others, as "Intimate Studies," by Charles E. Magness.

05/09/14: The fifth, and last, chapter of "Moans Veneris" posted a couple of days ago. I don't have anything more planned for the near future, but I'm sure I'll be back with more later on.

05/02/14: Chapter 1 of "Moans Veneris" appeared today. Evidently, yesterday's rejection was caused by a gremlin in the system.

05/01/14: All five chapters of "Moans Veneris" were rejected because they contain "some unidentified texts and special characters". In fact they don't contain any characters that haven't appeared in my other stories---none of which were rejected. We'll see...
