29/11/12 - hello everyone. I feel absolutely terrible for pretty much abandoning where dust glows. the personal issues I cited below have unfortunately continued and I found myself separated, moving out alone, and in a place where I couldn't get any writing done. Somewhere along the way I lost the computer which had all of my storyboard notes on where dust glows and there went my motivation to write.
I don't want to be one of the authors that abandons a story and thus disrespectes a reader. My plan for Dust is to pull it, rewrite the first chapter to be of generally higher quality, and in the mean-time work on two separate storylines that I plan to work on with an editor and hopefully deliver much higher quality content. I can say this much for now: one will be a sci-fi tale taking place in space, and there is a planned 9 chapter series. Chapter 1 is almost done, but requires heavy editing and polishing. The other will be based in real-world settings and be a much simplier tale focusing on a few characters. It may be an experiment in that the story may be presented from several different viewpoints, as a partial writing exercise and it will likely not be developed into a larger series.
25/2/2012 - Hey Guys! Not dead yet, but unfortunately some unforeseen personal issues have kept me from writing as much as I'd like. I will be continuing Where Dust Glows, and I will also likely be starting several other stories which I will work on as time permits.
