I turned 70 in December. I'm 6 feet tall, about 200 lbs. and can lift over 100lbs without too much trouble. Love to hike, hate to bike. Give me a hot day anytime!
Still active and I enjoy what life has to offer. It is good to remember; "always have old memories and young hopes". Live long and prosper!
