I used to be a narcissist. Now I'm not. I realized it was evil and stupid. Remember, Narcissus didn't just hurt others, he destroyed himself.
I've nearly died several times. This didn't teach me that nothing matters; but that everything matters. It taught me to abandon petty revenge, and to often forget if not always forgive.
However I do believe in forgiveness now. This forgiveness of people includes myself.
