Hi, my name is Elaine and I am a 35 year old transvestite living in London.
The name 'Cara' means friend in Irish and was the name of my best friend when I was a teenager so I chose it as a pen name in honour of her. She was the first platonic female friend I had and I loved her dearly for accepting me as just another girl.
