When I first wrote these stories back in 2000 some readers e-mailed me asking if they were real or just fantasy. They are real.
I have a very particular relationship with my fiance and her friends. For my part, I keep it private. Not because I am ashamed, but rather, that I'd find it very difficult to explain to people. Kerry has no such problem.
The people, places and events are all true, with as much detail as I can recall. Only Kerry's name has been changed to protect her identity.
As I re-read and edit this new posting, I am aware that my writing style is a little awkward. I am more accustomed to writing reports and legal documents, than telling stories.
For those who are curious, I now write on an iPaq 3950. It is far more useful than my laptop. All those scraps of paper on which I used to jot down ideas and story threads have been replaced by a single memory card.
Ok, I'm rambling now. I welcome any feedback, and hope you have a good read.
